Id give zero stars if i could.....I am very disappointed about the quality of work that I have received at this establishment.( ********** location) I replaced my mom's phone screen in her phone 97days ago, and the inferior screen that they put in failed seven days outside of warranty. They refused to do anything with the warranty. But for another $100, we'll go ahead and replace the screen for you. They won't offer any extended warranty on their product or service. When I ask for like a 120-day warranty since this one failed literally one week to the day of the last replacement. They said no. They do not stand by their products that they sell. They use inferior and poor quality after market replacements. They will also try to up sell you and they also give bad diagnostic for the issue, they will also try and hold for phone ****** so you have to let them fix... They do not care about their customers or the service that they provide to them. If I were you, I would run not walk as far away from this establishment and any other ones that they are affiliated with and go to somebody else. For your cellphone and repair needs, they will scam you and cheat you in any way that they can. I do not have high hopes for this new screen replacement. They Purposely put you between a rock and hard place. So you don't have a lot of other options, so from this point forward. My mom will be backing up her phone every couple of days and taking her pictures off of her phone every day. So when this phone screen does fail, I know it will, hopefully not within 97 days again. We will just be buying a new phone and never coming back to the establishment again.

This feedback is purely scoring service given by the business by using ***** The repair service was good. But unfortunately the entire result is weighed by my online interaction w/**** the tech & then my telephone interaction w/ ************************************* the registered owner of the business.I sent my device as instructed for repair. Two weeks went by & I was concerned. I contacted the repair shop through ***** I heard no replies. Then a vacation message appeared. The next day I called the business, ***** told me they couldn't find my phone. She questioned me & put the blame on me. I provided the address that I was given & the address shown online. She again said they didn't have it. Tracking confirmed it was delivered. I asked several *************** didnt have valid answers. ****** rude & unprofessional. Finally by the 3rd day she said they found it. She purposely delayed responding to messages, & mailing back my phone.A month later I received my phone. The repair was good. Everything else suxed! ?? ************************************* chupa una verga!

Very rude and unprofessional, my phone screen broke and they put a new screen on but now the phone will not work they are refusing to fix the problem and are being rude about the whole problem. Even with a refund or what not they broke the phone more than it was when it was brought to them. He is telling me this is amarica and we can do what we want and he keep laughing at us instead of helping fix the problem

Horrible customer service and a lot of lack of professionalism. The woman who was there seems that she does not like her job and after admitting the mistake they supposedly made the owner would call me which never happened. I called again after several days and they said they didn't know who the owner was. I request a refund and they said they don't do refunds. I do not recommend it at all and the used phones they sell are useless and only have 30-day warranty.
