Timberwolf has closed it business abruptly leaving their employees and current clients abandoned. We paid a down payment for our project to be planned in May and recently reached out to schedule and we were informed by one of their project managers that the owner abruptly closed the business with no warning to employees, clients or subcontractors. ***** the owner has no plans to pay current clients back, employees for unpaid time or subcontractors that he owes. A number of clients were in the middle of major remodels and are now left without their money and no commitment to uphold the contract. I am unable to get ahold of ***** to get a refund.Initial Complaint

***** and ******************************* hired Timberwolf Remodel by Design to remodel our bathroom. The contract was signed 12/21/2022. Along with the contract, we were given their allowance sheet whereby, if we spent less than their allowed amount, we would be reimbursed the difference between their allowed amount and the amount we spent/ saved. Timberwolf agreed we (Carltons) saved $7500.00 in allowances. On July 14,2023, we received payment agree, from Timberwolf, agreeing to pay us $7500., in increments of $1,500/ month starting August 7 and every 7th of the month thereafter until the $7500. was paid, see attachment. There has been no money paid and, though I have tried to reach them through emails on at least 4 occasions, no explanations as to why they are reneging on their agreement.
