I tried to send an email but have received no response. I would like to go over the cost and everything we paid for the wedding on April 9th 2022. Looking through the contract we believe we have been overcharged and double charged. We were charged sales tax on original contract of $309.60 and gratuity of $720.00 And then paid again taxes $439.55 and gratuity $993.40.Considering how the wedding went and all the issue we ran to including mostly us doing the cleaning and putting away our decorations/ doing the decorating and all the complaints about the rice and beans from wedding day I would like us to work something out. Some of the issues we ran into(plenty more):*Not enough staff to help with the wedding *we schedule a food tasting and the day came and nothing was ready for us to taste and wedding coordinators did not even show up.* poor communication about day of planning and organizing *day of wedding didnt provide food for bride and groom *only communication day of wedding was request for money *bride and groom did not get extras of the food and drinks they purchased that were left *rice was under cooked and beans were not done correctly too (many complaints)*lack of structure and communication *stressing out bride and groom week before wedding if not sooner (including for tasting to be done)*bride and groom and bridal party doing the setup and clean up * stating there would be communication and there wasnt. Bride and groom were constantly the ones calling *overcharge and double charge on gratuity and taxes Many attempts have been made towards company who has not made any Initiative to resolve their wrong doing. A wedding cant be done again and the memory of wedding day has become nothing more than a nightmare. Many attempts to get a hold of someone to take care or the issue but nobody reaching back and employees no longer working with company left and right.
