      I placed an online order with the merchant on February 8, 2024. After about two weeks of not hearing from the merchant I emailed for a status. I was then advised that the item was delayed. After waiting about a week I asked for another update. The product was still unavailable and I requested a refund. On multiple occasions I requested a refund which was not done. Finally on 03/01 I received a response from June advising my refund would be issued. My refund has not been issued. It will be a month on 03/08 my refund should not take weeks. Email communication between the merchant and myself attached.

      I received the attached email response advising that the refund has been issued. However, I am not too trusting of their word.  I was told the refund was going to be issued since March 1, 2024 and it wasn't.

      Customer PRE-ORDERED a machine and was aware of the pre-order. The item is new to the market and has been delayed more than one time. We have been trying to refund the customer's Affirm payment with no luck. We are working with Affirm as they are having technical difficulty on their end. Refund has been sent from our side but is stuck in Affirm. We will continue to work with them to complete the transaction.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, thou the item was a pre-order. It was delayed considerable anount of time. After requesting a refund I have had to go back and forth about my refund.  Per Affirm they only received your refund 14 hours  ago; so you still flat out lied and its in black and white if you woukd like to see ALL of correspondences.  

      I will take my refund and be sure to share with my crafting groups " buyer be aware" for this company.

      I ordered multiple items on 8/27/23. Within 3 days the order was updated to "Awaiting fulfillment". There it still sits today (9/22). I have reached out through their contact link, however, nobody has returned my efforts. At this point I just want a full refund. I would never send anyone to this site to place an order.

      I placed an order with Colorful Impressions, LLC on 5/12/22 in the amount of $49.90. They immediately took the money out of my bank. I received an email that the item will not come by the day it said I would receive it so I waited another 2 months. I now would like a refund since I already purchased this item elsewhere. I have called their phone number on their website numerous times and nobody answers so I have left a message and have even texted that number on 7/12/22 as they advise on their voicemail. I emailed them asking for a refund on 7/12/22 and they emailed me back on 7/14/22 letting me know that the item will be in stock in a month so do I want to wait or do I want a refund. I responded the same day telling them I want a refund. Since then I have not heard from them. Obviously they are checking their emails since they answered my first email within 2 days asking if I want to wait for the item but since I want a refund they are not responding back to me. I sent them another email on 7/19/22 asking for the status of the refund and still have not heard anything. I emailed them again on 8/1/22 telling that that I want a refund asap or I am going to be forced to file a complaint. I still have not heard anything. By now I see it as they are refusing to give me a refund and will ship the item once it comes into stock even though I know longer want it. My order number is ****

      An order for Double Sided Plates for the Gemini Junior placed 8/22/2021 and charged 8/23/2021 $53.80 was never fulfilled. Several email communications on 9/14/2021, 1/10/2022, 3/4/2022, 4/23/2022 and last 4/26/2022 shows no resolution to the item purchased. Company is unable to provide proof of delivery and only can provide **** tracking number that Label Created, not yet in system in last communication this week. I have requested a refund multiple times with no refund provided. Blaming staffing issues would not cause a refund from not being completed after months of this request. I have not contacted PayPal yet as I believe the company should be responsible for refunding my money and not someone else being forced to do so because of poor customer service or if the ********************** is a fraud. Please research this company as I see several complaints filed and reviews noting similar situations as mine.Thanks ***********************

      Transaction Date: 2/21/22 Credit card charged on 2/21/22 in the amount of $319.94 Order #**** Found out item was out of stock after I ordered. Was told in would be in at end of week. Next inquiry was told end of April. Five weeks later nothing. In the past three weeks I have sent 4 emails, 2 online messages on their site and 2 phone calls to cancel my order and issue a refund. They have not responded to any of my requests. Then, out of the clear blue I received the item a couple days ago unannounced ... the ship date was after my numerous requests to cancel. I want them to make arrangements for the return and refund my money. Please advise what can be done. Thank you,

      We are sorry we missed your messages about the Switch Machine. All the machines were a Pre-Order and that was listed on the website when ordered. Sizzix oversold the machines and there has been a delay in getting them to us. You may return it to the address on the box. Please add your invoice number and your full name so we can credit your order once it arrives. However, please keep in mind there is a 15% restocking fee for returns. Thank you.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I received an email on 4/26/22 from June at Colorful Impressions that stated they sent me an email that it had shipped which she states included the tracking number.  In addition, her email states did not get notice from me to cancel my order which is ludicrous (see copy of June's email below).  The fact is, they did not send me an email before the item was shipped with the tracking number but rather an email the day it was delivered to tell me the item had been delivered ... not helpful! I have a copy of that email, along with all other correspondence to and from Colorful Impressions.  I am happy to provide all if necessary.

      I responded to June stating they owe me a full refund which should include return shipping and waive a 15% stocking fee.  I forwarded the last three emails I sent them requesting my order be cancelled and reiterated the fact that I had left messages on their website and voicemail.

      Furthermore, contrary to what June states ... I did not know this item was out of stock until I placed the order.  There was no mention of this being a pre-order ... that is why I specifically chose this company to buy from because everyone else was out of stock.

      I had requested to cancel my order a day or two after I ordered it because I had discovered it was out of stock ... June talked me out of it because she said it would be in at the end of that week.  Time went on, then it wasn't due until the end of the month.  Five weeks later I still had heard nothing, therefore, decided to cancel again ... as stated, all requests were ignored.'

      On Dec. 14, I preordered an electric die cut machine from Colorful Impressions. They immediately charged my account $324.99. I knew when I ordered that the machine was not supposed to be available until January. January came and went and no machine. On February 14, I contacted Colorful Impressions and asked for a refund because I had never received my merchandise. The reply was that the item had not been received in their warehouse but should be in by the end of the month. I wrote back immediately and said I didnt want to wait and to please send my refund. I have contacted them through messages through a link on their site 6 times. I have left numerous voice mail messages. I have texted them 5 times. They continue to put me off saying the machine should be in soon even though I repeatedly said I dont want the machine. I want my money. My husband and I are in our 70s and we cant afford to just let this go. I would appreciate any help you can give me to get a refund.

      I received the following text on May 2, 2022 from Colorful Impressions. 

      Refund has been sent over today. Please allow up to 72 hours to see your credit. Thank you for your patience.

      I checked the credit card account after 72 hours and there was no refund. As of today (2 weeks later), that account has still not been refunded. 

      The amount is $324.99.

I have not gotten anything and its 24 hours past the deadline. I honestly dont think they intended to ever send my money back.

      Order #**** ****** 12 sheets ordered. ****** Artist Sheet Plastic Canvas, 7 count $34..45. Order was placed on 5-16/2021. Most recent status 5/19/2021 "Awaiting Shipment."I have tried numerous times to contact this company about my order. Both phone call, and text messages with very little communication. I received a text from them after sending one on January 11, and a follow-up on January 20 as to where my orders status was at. The message I received said the order would be shipped the next day. I still have yet to receive the order, and there was no response to any phone calls (they never answer thier business phone, or my last text message on 05/25/2022.

      On November 7, 2021 I placed an order online with colorful impressions llc, I immediately got an email confirmation of the order. As of December 20,2021 i have not received my order. Around December 15,2021 I got on the website and sent a text to them with absolutely no response the next day I sent an email to them still no response. On Saturday December 18,2021 I sent a message on ******** to them I immediately got the automated response they will contact me in 24 hours. It is now Monday December 20,2021 and I have not heard anything I sent another message on ******** and got the same response. However they did just reply to me that the order # **** for ***** had been cancelled and refunded do to delays from manufacturer. It has not been refunded to my account and I was never notified of any such thing. I have sent a response to them but I have not received any response not even the automated one. This company needs to be shut down this is no way to run a business and thus is poor customer service. I just want my money back I'm finished dealing with colorful impressions llc.Thank you in advance for your help

      I am rejecting this response because colorful impressions stated that they had refunded my purchase this occurred after I complained and numerous attempts to solve this issue. The refund was supposedly done on 12-20-21 I have yet to see a refund or any pending refund in my account. I have worked retail in the past for many years and have been short staffed however we were still able to provide the best customer service possible and still fulfill orders. They need to really refund my account I will never do business with tbus company again. I ended up getting every last item I ordered directly from the manufacturer so I don't buy their reasoning behind not fulfilling the order. Please help get my money refunded immediately.Sincerely,*******************************
