I ordered $130 worth of merchandise online on December 16th 2021 for delivery from the store on December 24th, 2021 and planned my sons birthday party around the 9:00am-11:00 am scheduled delivery window I was given. Out of the $130 order, we only received the balloon bouquet. No other decorations or items from the order. We called the store to find out where the rest of the order was, and a second Uber driver was sent with the rest of the order. They arrived half way through the party with the decorations. We ordered a piata set with a stick and a bat. The piata was delivered completely smashed and full of holes and with no stick so it was unusable. We had paid extra for the piata set with the stick and did not receive it. We were also charged for merchandise we never received in either delivery. I called the store back immediately and the manager apologized and promised a refund. It is now 5 weeks later and I have called the store literally 12 times and have been promised a refund and a call back from one of the managers each time. They have taken my card information. They have yet to call me back with an update and come up with a different excuse each time I call but still promise a refund. Ive spoken to both managers, ****** and ********. They keep blaming corporate or the district manager for not responding to the refund request or closing the ticket without processing the refund. 5 weeks, 12 calls, still no refund for unusable and missing items. I paid $130 plus $10 in delivery tips for unusable items that showed up halfway through the party and cant even get a refund for the things I didnt get or came destroyed. As the manager told me directly 2 weeks ago, it is ridiculous that I have not been refunded yet. And then they proceeded to do nothing to fix the situation or call me back as promised. I was completely ripped off after an already horrible experience. This whole thing is so inexcusable from a reputable company.
