I made a purchase through **************** business, The Shugie Shop, totaling several hundred dollars. I have friends who have purchased through her and have had no complaints other than longer wait times than **** originally quoted, so I have remained patient. After over a year waiting for my items, I just want my money back. **** has flat out told me she is not in the position to refund me my money. She is a serial-entrepreneur which I celebrate but wrong is wrong and she defines that not all business is good business! She has a successful photography business ********************************* and another scam business - Money Mastery Workshop ************************************************************ and its only a matter of time before her karma catches up to her! I am now finding additional reports of her bad business practices which further represent the con-artist that she is. She is based out of ********** (*********** specifically).Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 bags that totaled $620 from The Shugie Shop, a ******** business. ********************* posts on her website that she accepts ******. She had a video and explained how to make a one time card. I followed her instructions and made a card via Klarna. This transaction was done June 1, 2022. When I called Klarna she is not registered as a business which is why she is having people make a one time card. I didnt know this. I believed she was on the up and up. The reason its past a year is because I have been communicating with her trying to settle this outside of filing a claim. She continues to tell me she will give me a refund, but so far I have not seen anything and I am at the point where I dont believe shes going to refund me. I sent some of our correspondences and have more information if need be. All I want is my money back.
