In Jan, 2022, my tenant requested a septic service because there was a backflow. When I was on site. The tenant has fixed the blocking in the septic because one of their relatives are expertise in pumping and septic. So, I requested them to call Flohawks to have septic pumped. They called the Flohawks two time. The first time was to request septic pump service. The second time was asked for the price. In the past, every three years, the septic needed pump and certified inspection of the system submitting to the ******** county. The price for septic pumping and inspection is under $600 including tax in 2019. In the second call, Flohawks told the tenant is $420 for **** gallons and $0.42 per additional gallon. I know it should be around $600-$650 maximum not including tax. On 11 Jan 2022, they arrived and I was on site. I told them not just complete the pumping, I need them to complete the septic inspection (due every 3 years) because Flohawks could do it. They told me they would do it after the pumping. I needed to go before they completed the job, so, they told me it was around $850 without providing me an invoice. So, I believed the price was right with pumping ($600-700) and septic inspection ($125-$175). So, I paid for it by **** card. They would send the invoice by email. At the end of March 2022, I received a letter from ******** county that my septic has not completed the inspection. Then I called ******** county that it was done by Flohawks. They asked how much I paid. They told me that $850 should include both pumping and inspection on high end. I kept communication with Flohawks. They denied that $850 is for the pumping but not inspection. When I looked at the invoice. There is item $170.5 which they did not tell me and the tenants during the phone call.

I never leave negative reviews, but after 3 phone calls and a letter with no response they have left me with no choice. I had an appointment for installing a new gas range and converting it to propane. It was very obvious from the start that the service man had never done a propane conversion before. There are way to many details to explain here, but me having to explain to him that those current ports on the range are not the correct ones and that the conversion kit I had shown him (numerous times) was what was needed to be installed should say it all! Between the range still being unlevel when he departed, numerous large scratches on the wood floor and being charge $989 for him not knowing what he was doing, I would definitely never recommend this company! Especially when they refused to get back to me regarding my concerns.
