I order seeds and I track my order saying my seeds have been delivered. They were not and when I emailed them and received an email back stating it was not their problem once the seed the been mailed. **************** was not helpful and seemed to put the blame on me! I would never order from them again --no seeds and out my money!Review from Richard A

I am a 74 year-old retired teacher who spends a lot of my retirement time gardening in my back yard. Recently, I purchased several different seed variates representing a variety of native and hybrid coneflowers I am pleased with these coneflower seed purchases. All arrived as described, packaged nicely, and in satisfactory condition. Quick to issue a refund for a small order which did not arrive, Toadstool Seeds did not hesitate to reimburse me after I made contact with them. Other shipments arrived just as expected. One purchase even qualified for **** tracking during shipping and I found this quite helpful. Overall, I am very pleased with my 3 separate orders thus far.If there are any problems - which I seriously doubt there will be - with future purchases, I feel confident Toadstool Seeds with stand good and do right by me, the customer. I love their seed selection, their prompt responses, and their apparent commitment to excellence.This happy and satisfied customer will buy from ********************** again...and soon!Review from Pam W

I purchased burgundy geranium seeds from Toadstool Seeds. After spending months growing them I found that I had received pink geraniums only. I contacted the seller who ignored my first two emails. She finally responded after I said I would contact authorities since she would not respond. She said she had a family emergency but to date has made no mention of delivering the item I actually ordered.Review from Mary S

No response to my attempts to contact. I did get good germination, but the "mixes" weren't very mixy and one variety seemed misnamed entirely. Not providing the botanical name was a red flag for me, as a seasoned seed starter, and I ordered against my better judgment. ****** learned.Review from Gary B

I ordered almost every color of desert rose seeds. Its been fun going through the germination process. Now I have a bunch that are almost two years old and starting to bloom. Guess what I am **** now on colors I ordered. They are all some variations of pink and none of them are in their catalog. Guess they figure most peeps cant get them to blooming stage before they kill them. Service is slow and a couple weeks to get the order. Seeds were very healthy. I do have a few hibiscus plants from their seeds but now I dont feel confident I got the colors I ordered should know this spring. The nursery lady laughed about ordering colors and told me all these places do it. Good LuckReview from Karen C.

BUYER BEWARE. I bought the different colored bleeding heart seeds off **** & followed the ridiculous instructions they sent. I am a grower and wondered what I would really get. I would not have minded actual bleeding heart seeds but they send weed seeds. I contacted the company to let them know and found them to very be combatant, condescending, rude & nasty. I found no professionalism there.Asked to buy the plant. They say it is too hard to ship......red flag.....Review from Catherine P

I ordered two packets of seeds from this company without looking up the rating on the Better Business Bureau. Major mistake! I was told that my seeds would arrive in 7 to 10 days (via the shipment option), but when I reached out after not receiving the seeds after two weeks, I heard nothing back! Now, its already been three weeks, and I see no way to contact them via phone, and they never even sent me a receipt. I only received a receipt via PayPal. Buyers beware! I will be disputing the charges with PayPal. I shouldve trusted another company.
