Four square Real Estate is a telemarketing nightmare who calls and texts to beg property owners to sell at far below-market rates. They have no respect for Do Not Call lists.

Hey ********, looks like you took a call from one of our referral partners in 2022, with you providing information about your property and expressing an interest in selling it. We make offers based on what the market dictates, and it either matches a property seller's expectations and needs, or it doesn't. We do follow up routinely with those who have already provided information, such as yourself, until the timing is right to proceed with a purchase and sale, or we're told to stop following up. The *** list is not applicable here since you were previously actively engaged in communicating about your property with us.Review from Jack M

They are not a reputable company as they claim. They constantly send texts asking whether I want to sell my home. They send these texts from unlisted numbers (I am pretty sure from some app that provides local numbers.) I have blocked these morons several times but they get a new number and start harassing again. I am going to complain to the state to take their license away if they have one.Review from Pone C

This company has no integrity at all. They brag about how they have experience in real estate. They don't have any. They will use their assignment fee to get you to pay their down payment. Collusion at it's finest. Be aware of this company.Review from Kayley B

Foursquare Real Estate transformed my familys lives. We partnered with Foursquare Real Estate in a listing concierge renovation to fix up our home prior to listing, and the work turned out so beautifully, we sold for $100k over the asking price.Foursquare Real Estate also was able to help us purchase our actual dream home. Again, Foursquare Real Estate listened to the needs of my family and were able to exceed our expectations for both the listing and the new purchase. Its easy to hyper-emphasize reviews, but we are truly this grateful.The entire team at Foursquare Real Estate truly cared about us, and well continue referring our friends and family.Review from Ty H

I go to Foursquare Real Estate first. Foursquare Real Estate just helped me with my second property. For the first property, Foursquare Real Estate partnered financially with me with their Novation Listing Concierge program. They coordinated the remodeling of my property and paid for the contractor work in advance. The property was then sold on the market with one of their preferred real estate agents, they received compensation at closing so I was $0 out of pocket, and I walked away with over $100k more than I would've otherwise without the remodel work. For the second property, Foursquare Real Estate helped me secure private funding to upgrade my vacant lot to a single family property, and I've increased the equity of my property by $200,000.Review from Mo L

Questionable marketing tactics on where they identify and unsolicited txt messages using state and county information for marketing purposes even though these sites state the data is not allowed for marketing. Hi Mo, Foursquare Real Estate is professional real estate company in **. Since we buy properties nationwide, and we're not in the business of promoting and selling products or services, we don't qualify as "marketers" or "marketing," so we're not in violation of any rules, laws, or regulations concerning marketing or anything else. Some people get confused about the difference. We identify properties that we're interested in purchasing, and we then use publicly available software, like WhitePages.com and the like, to research property owner information. Because we do this at scale, and nationwide, we do have multiple phone numbers, which is a standard business practice.Thanks for the opportunity to address your concerns.
