On the evening of May 9th, 2024, my husband and I booked a round-trip ticket from ********* ********* through flyus.com, Flyus Travels. Dated December 4, 2024, to **** ***********. Returning on January 29, 2025. We were happy to finally and successfully book our roundtrip tickets that night and were looking forward to our trip. We went out of town the next day for work and when we got back home and check our emails, we saw that the date of our vacation was wrong. It was dated September 7, 2024, to September 22, 2024 as suppose to December 4th to January 29. We have no idea how it happened, why the dates were wrong. I babysit my grandkids Monday to Friday and only have a break during winter season. My husbands retirement also, wont be until December 2, 2024. That is why we picked the December 4, 2024, date to depart and planned to stay in the *********** a longer. We would not pay that much money for 11 days stay, losing 2-3 days on the way to and from. The last time went to the *********** was December 22, 2024, we stayed until March 3, 2025. WE called fly us and complain about this the dates, but they insist on charging us saying it was our fault. We asked them to change the dates but they refused to do so without us paying so much more. They offered refund but only less than half of the total amount. They want to charge us for the mistake that we did not caused. We booked another tickets already to another agency as soon as we found out that the one we originally booked was missed up. Because we tried to get cheaper pricing by booking ahead. We hope and pray to get refunded after we filed dispute in our credit card charges. We need this funds for our expenses. But it came back again. Please! We need help! And Thank you in advance for all your help.

On May 9, 2023 I purchased a flight from ****** ** to ***** ******** on the Flyus.com website. The flight was via TAP airlines, flight TP 212 on July 7, 2023 for the amount of $829.20. My Flyus.com booking reference number was 4EF8A4. I did not receive a seat reservation, so on 5/16/23 I disputed the charge through my ************* card for the amount charged by TAP airline: $829.20. During subsequent phone calls with Flyus I was told that my reservation would be honored if I cancelled the dispute, which I did on 5/19/23.Since that time, I have made endless phone calls to Flyus who repeatedly say they request the refund from TAP with no response. I have also called TAP many times and am told each time that since I made the initial reservation through Flyus they will not speak to me about the situation and suggest I call Flyus. It is over 9 months later and I never received a ticket on the flight, nor hav I received a refund. My call to Flyus today had the same result as every other call made to them: "wait for an email from us". I don't know what other recourse I have at this point to get my refund for a service I never received.I appreciate any help you are able to provide with this matter.Thank you

      Hi Sir/Ma'am,

We are from www.flyustravels.com, and this booking is made through www.flyus.com.

Two are totally different companies, so kindly check with the concerned company as this booking is not made by us.

I purchased an airline ticket through this company, receive this email about ***** minutes later. I then call the company at the phone number given, sit on hold for 30 minutes and nothing. I email the company, no response. I call the company again at their customer service number, wait on hold again for 30 minutes, try to leave a voice mail but the inbox is full so here we are. This is clearly some kind of elaborate scam. I want my money back, ASAP, so I can book another ticket through a real company.

This occurred in January of 2023. I was buying a plane ticket to go see my family in ***** for spring break. I found a deal on ****** flights which linked me to Flyus.com. The deal was a round-trip flight for $401.05. The checkout site had a big purple box with that price. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture but I had the checkout link auto-stored in my browser. When I ran the link, the page and price would pop up for a few seconds before updating to a new price. That is the photo I provided. I don't check immediately to see what I've been charged but I get a call a few days later from my **** Fraud Line asking about a payment that was processed at 2 in the morning. After that I realize, that I've been charged $500 + $100 which is $200 more than what was said. Unfortunately, besides the picture I provided I have no other proof but after looking at some reviews online, multiple people have stated that this has happened to them. I called flyus as well as TAP ********, the airline my tickets were for and neither was useful. TAP at least had a human on the line while Flyus had me wait more than an hour before I got on the line with anyone. When I finally did, the man kept repeating the same thing, almost like a robot but I could tell it was a person. Very weird, and obviously just a tactic to get people from getting any sort of resolution to their problems.I think this is criminal. I vouch with every bone in my body that the price was $400, it was right there in front of me just like it's shown in the picture.
