I had A1&Son Appliance Repair, fix my refrigerator for $1100.00 plus tax on October 18th 2022 and on October 19th the refrigerator started to make a noise, loud enough that I can not use it. My wife called their office and the technician asked her to take off the cover from the back of the refrigerator and fix the problem. I asked my wife not to work on the refrigerator and get the technician back to fix and finish the job that he was paid in full for. When my wife asked him to come back and fix the problem, he said that he will stop by one of the weekends when he has some free time and look at it. I can't use the refrigerator the way it is. It's too loud and I don't think it's safe to use. I want the refrigerator fixed right away and not have my wife or myself work on it.

      The work has been completed.

I was paid to instal a compressor in the refrigerator, which i did. Days after the repair, the customer attemped to move the refrigerator and when doing so, caused it to start making a vibrational noise. When they called me complaining of the noise thet had created when trying to move it i explained to his wife that i was booked solid and that i could come this weekend, on my day off. This call was on a Thursday so were talking about 2-3 days. She said that was fine and then later sent a text message saying that her husband (******) was not happy with this solution and that he wanted her to let me know he wanted service right away. I explained to her that the compressor i instaled and stood behind was working properlt and cooling the unit, and that there issue was a nosie issue that thet casued and that the customers i had already booked were wothout refrigeration completely and that i wasnt going to cancle those jobs to come fix a noise complaint becuase ****** isnt happy with that time frame. This complaint is completly unfounded, doesnt describe the actual conversation becuase he wasnt apart of them and is an abuse of bbb system.
