Our car broke down and we had it towed to **** Auto. The next morning, I got a call from them telling me that they were going to impound our car because it was wrongly parked. I rushed over there and a mechanic told me they would wait a week and a half before seeing it, and I could get one hour service. At the end of the day, they called again saying they were going to impound the car unless we agreed to two hours diagnostic testing, and we had no choice. The inspection was not done, they replaced the fuel injector, and said they needed another 3-4 hours (at $170/hr) to do more diagnosis. Afterwards, my friend asked if they replaced the spark plugs? No. They did not even complete any inspection for us. After trying to contact them, they don't respond.

The vehicle was repaired with full approval, only 2 hours as noted.  The technician time taken to diagnose the problem is accurate, no courtesy inspection was completed, nor was the customer charged for any.

Here is a full history of our conversation after the repairs.

*******. Zac@Budd&Co. The minimum time for a No-Crank No-Start is 2 hours of diagnostic. We are booking our 2 weeks for work like this. We either need approval for 2 hours just to diagnose or it needs to be removed.
