I bought the grey cool 11s, the girl at the check out opened the box and checked them. come to find out they were different sizes. each shoe one was youth and one was an adult size. the shoes do not fit comfortably and i couldn't figure out why, thinking I had to "break them in" i wore them until it occurred to me to check the size and found they were not the same!Business response

Hello,
i have reached out multiple times over email and phone to let the customer know that we have the other shoe for the mismatch pair that was sold. We emailed and left voicemails. I tried calling again today. Please let the customer know that they can come back to the location that they bought the shoes from, and the situation will be remedied. Again sorry for the mistake but we can make this right. I will try to reach out again if i dont hear anything back. I searched through my email inbox for any mail from the customer and couldnt find it. Please come back into the store we habe a remedy for the issue.
