I purchased 2 pairs of shoes on February 4th, 2022. However, I did not receive them. I left 3 emails with the company and a voicemail, since customer service does not answer the phone. They emailed me back on February 25th, apologizing that there was bad weather so the shipping was delayed and I could either get a refund on the shoes or replacements. I chose to get replacements and replied that to them. It is now March 14, and I still don't have my shoes. My original order number was RDUS370901, for the order. I had contacted ***** and they never received the shoes, either.Business response

This is ridiculous. I provide dog care, I dont sell shoes.
this complaint should have never been filed under my business, this is a joke.
please remove this complaint that obviously has nothing to do with my dog daycare business.*******************, owner of Rocket Dog CARE
