      I ordered a bike from this Bandit Bike on 9 Dec 2023. During that time the item wasn't shipped at all. On 14 Dec 23, I called and cancelled the order, order #****. They told me to expect a refund in **** days. On 15 Dec 23, I received notification that the bike was shipped to my home. I finally was able to contact someone on 18 Dec 23 asking if I could receive a return label for this item since it was cancelled. They stated they would once I received the bike. I also verified that the item was cancelled as I was originally told, and it was cancelled. I called on 20 Dec 23 about the return label and talked to a bike technician who said he would pass my message along since he couldn't get into the system. I also had an online chat through their website with ****** and he too said he would pass it along to the sales floor. On 21 Dec 23, I emailed the company, again, requesting a return label, emailed *********************************. The lack of customer service action is unacceptable, I request a return label and refund from this company. Journal of actions taken:14 Dec 23 Cancelled bike with company 15 Dec 23 The bike was shipped to me anyway.19 Dec 23 I requested a return label and was told to wait till the bike was delivered.20 Dec 23 Bike delivered to my home.20 Dec 23 ***************** and spoke with bike technician who said he would let the right person know. Also, talked with ****** via online chat about this and he stated he would let the showroom know about the return label.21 Dec 23 - Just emailed them requesting a return label again.

      On Sept. 29, 2023 purchased Bandit Pacer High step E-bike and the front basket for that model. Paid $999. and $89. for each. Received the bike on October 5, 2023 but no basket. Contacted Bandit Bikes on October 15 and Oct. 31 to inquire about the status of the front basket.No response back. Called their phone number but nobody answers and no voicemail to leave a message. Started on online chat with them today, Oct. 31. but just got an auto reply message "Sorry for keeping you waiting, we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience."I just want to know the status of my basket. Their website lists their address in **. and not *******, ** as BBB has here on file.Bandit ******************************************************************** Email: ********************************* ***************** **************

      I purchased an eBike from Bandit Bikes on 8/1/23 for $1,073.93 and it was received on 8/8/23. Immediately I sent a message on 8/9/23 that the front fender couldn't be installed because the metal attachment brace was not long enough to reach ********* of the bike frame. I received a response, "Your request (****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff." One week later, still no response. Sent another message on 8/16/23 and received the same response. Two weeks later still no response but both times received an email message, "Your request (****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. To add additional comments, reply to this email." I have replied to that email both times and still nothing. Additionally, the video for my specific bike highlights a few features that are not the same feature or just non-existent (ie. the brake light).

      I ordered a Forerunner High-Step e-bike, a Rear Rack -Forerunner, and 48V 14.5AH Battery (X-trail Lite, Forerunner, Pacer) on July 16, 2023. ORDER #****. Shipment information sent to ***** on July 17, 2023 with tracking number ************ for the Forerunner e-bike. On July 20, 2023 ***** informed me that they are unable to deliver shipment - returning to shipper. On July 20, 2023 I emailed bandit bikes that ***** cant deliver my package and that I would like to cancel my order and get a refund. Shipment information sent to ***** on July 21, 2023 with tracking number ************ for the Rear Rack. On July 24, 2023 I emailed bandit bikes that ***** has shipped the rear rack and again I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund. On July 24, 2023 they emailed me back Hi there, we will cancel the shipment and refund your order. with no confirmation number or name of person sending the email. My total paid is $1483.77 USD. I already filed a transaction dispute with my credit card company. All I want is to get my money back. By the way their website doesnt say anything about not being able to ship to ******.
