Bad experience. If you have Service plus home warranty, they contract with Keepe. There is no coordination between the two. Took them a week to set up an appt for refrigerator repair. Then technician no showed. They made another appt a week later. Tech came over. Said fan needs replaced. Part ordered. Took them a week to set up another appt after part arrived. Part replaced. Within a day, issue returns. Then had to defile a claim. Service plus is equally bad. They kept saying we sent order to Keepe. Keepe says they did not receive it. Multiple calls between the two, they made another appt. Now tech says to replace two other parts, different company this time. Now service plus gave me $300 as repair is not cost effective. Depreciation amount for refrigerator that will cost me $10 K to replace. Worst is complete lack of communication between the two. Also lot of delay in making appt.Review from Kim E

Awful!!! First to start off the the technician that they sent couldn't speak hardly any English didn't even know how to do anything with our washer he had to go into ******* to figure it out. I stood there and watched him then next he ordered the part and ordered the wrong part then it took us forever to get it fixed like 3 weeks back and forth one time it was a no-show on a technician then we were waiting on the part then they overcharged us. WOULD NOT recommend them at all. their invoices don't even make sense.text messages don't get answered for hours...Phone people have no clue about anything going on there..Please don't use them unless you want a runaround..Review from Katy G

Lying thieves. Stole our money for premium & deductible. After filing a claim got the run around to wait a week for them to say oh we don't cover anything related to septic. Worse customer service ever.Review from Steve Y

I use 2-10 home warranty and unfortunately they outsource to Keepe. I had an appliance error code and malfunction which prompted me to initiate a claim which was then outsourced to Keepe. Keepe then charged an upfront $100 to schedule a service visit. However my appliance issue resolved on its own and the technician who called on the day of the scheduled visit indicated that there was therefore no need for him to come to the home. Unfortunately, since Keepe had already scheduled the service call, Keepe kept the upfront $100 that they had charged me for the diagnostic, even though no one ever showed up to the house to diagnose anything. They refused to refund the $100 claiming that the **** scheduling of a service call is enough to warrant the $100 charge."technician was scheduled, hence we are unable to refund deductible amount."What a joke of a company.Review from Vic/Marian S

If you have a home repair warranty protection plan with ************************ (AWR), then you need to know that they have contracted with a home repair finder and scheduling company headquarted in *******, ** called Keepe Up Inc. AWR does not disclose to its customers that they have outsourced both the finding of an "authorized technician" for the job and the scheduling of appointments to Keepe Up Inc. In other words, they are the "middle man" who controls everything regarding the home repair. My AWR indoor electric line warranty claim should have been fully covered by the terms and conditions of AWR's *************** Line Protection Plan. I had one failed circuit breaker in my home which caused the loss of power to half of it. Warranty coverage under this AWR plan was confirmed by no less than 4 AWR claim agents I spoke to. I filed my claim on Wednesday, May 15. It took Keepe Up Inc over 1 week to locate an "authorized electrician." Since Keepe Up has total control over scheduling, you receive a text informing you of when. When the "authorized electrician" first visited my home on Friday, May 24, he just "diagnosed" the problem and would need to schedule a second visit. I informed Keepe Up (via their own questionnaire). Here is where Keepe Up failed to "keep up" their end of the customer service. Long story short, I have been caught in an endless cycle of automated text messaging, invoices demanding payment for what wasn't covered by the warranty (incorrect), and daily phone calls that have felt like harassment. Threats escalate with every invoice. The amount they say I owe is double the amount of the invoice I received from the electrician. Keepe Up is operating a SCAM and needs to be investigated. They are not accredited by BBB and have received a grade of "F." Like the reviewers before me, I concur and say "Keepe Away" before you are scammed hundreds or even thousands of dollars. It's been a nightmare to say the least.Review from Tilly B

The experience with Keepe leaves much to be desired from scheduling through payment.... Unreliable, unprofessional and even the payment process is deluged with drama!! why?? They need to get their act together or get out of the market! My advise? Stay away from Keepe to keep your blood pressure in check! They sent me a link to pay my bill of $50 but each time i clicked on the link it came up as $325. After two weeks of "correcting" and apologizing for the error , sending link by email which was still incorrect! Today May 13th , i got a call from the same voice that i must $325 not $50. Then she got the nerve to ask me "how much are you willing to pay?". Are these guys serious? Nothing more than the original liability. As promised, everyone who cares must know the substandard services you provide. If my ************** (American Home warranty) is using Keepe as the service provider, its about time i looked for an alternative. Incompetent, unprofessional and highly unreliable - after this experience, trust me one star is too generous!Review from Steven B

Worst possible service company! I was STUCK with them from my home warranty company. They were paid by the warranty company to order parts and fix the washing machine. They keep trying to make you pay, in addition, to them, so they can double dip and get paid twice. DISHONEST COMPANY. It took over a week for the technician to even submit part order AFTER waiting two weeks for them to confirm an appointment. Will never use them again. POOR SERVICE - INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO GET PAID TWICE and RIP OFF THE CUSTOMER. STAY AWAY! Awful is a compliment. One star is too high of a rating but there is lower number. Totally incompetent.Review from Ja T

We had a small leak that became a large leak. We had 2 appointments that was a no show. We called them everyday and they said it was escalated and a supervisor will be called and we never heard a word. Our water had to be shut off we called their customers during office hours and was told there was no supervisor available and then hung up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...if it was possible to give negative stars I would do minus 10.Review from John F

I went out, perform work for them. They made all the stipulations on how I needed to get paid. I followed all the guidelines and did the work at a reduced rate to fit their needs. They have still not paid me.
