      Warning, Warning! Do not use this company. I hired this company in 4/19/23 to move my items from ** to ******** for pick up to be 8/28/23. Made reservation with **** who was very helpful and I believe was honest. He kept in touch with me for a few months. I did not get a return call from him but his number was disconnected and no longer worked there. The person I spoke to from now till items were delivered was ****.The items were picked up bright and early from 2 locations. The 3 guys that came to load truck were very careful with my items that I could see. Everything went smoothly except I paid extra amount when loaded. Estimate was $4965 to $6347. I was expecting my items on 9/4/23. Did not show up so I called ****. Was told my items were in the warehouse and will be delivered within the next week. I never wanted or requested my items to go to storage..Next week came and gone. Now Im being told that they were waiting on driver to return to **. Another week goes by. No items. Called **** was told driver sick no one to drive truck. Next week I call and **** told me the truck is in the shop. Im so frustrated now I call and call and call for updates. Then I started receiving emails saying theres been a delay in my shipment beyond their control. Thanked me for my patience. Yeah right. Received that email for 3 weeks. Finally i receive an email saying my items were on the way and would arrive in 3 days. No phone call. Got a phone call from driver saying that it would be an extra $1,200 dollars to unload my items at my home because no place to park truck. Which was bs. Anyway I told *********** the driver no way so I got a storage to load my stuff into. *********** pulls up to storage on 10/20/23 and wanted another $75 to unload it. After i finally after getting items to my house i find I'm missing a Beatles collection shadow box that had dolls since 1964 in it. A set of Snap-on tools, and many many other items. Wish I could say more but my characters er up. They suck!

      Do not use this company! We moved out of state using them and it was total disaster! It was way more expensive than their quote, they handled our packages like they were tossing garbage! We had so many things broken that can't be replaced and I don't mean cracked glasses...most of the ******** glass items were shattered! They had been dropped several times for that kind of damage to occur. We filed a claim that was finally denied...big surprise! They took no responsibility for any of it!! Please use ANYONE ELSE BUT THEM!!

      This is one terrible company! It took over 4 weeks to get our furniture from ******* to ********, ** without sufficient medication and the need to secure alternative lodging. They did not response to several calls asking where our furniture is.Now I've been trying to receive compensation for the damaged items for over the past 4 months.Move US does not even get a one star rating.

      The absolute worst moving experience I have ever had. Was quoted ~2k on the phone. The final cost ended up being ~4.5k, with them tacking on fees every step of the way. Though, I cannot prove it, I a fairly certain they lied about transferring my things to a shuttle to make the final delivery to my apartment (an extra fee, of course). Finally, it took them over a month to deliver my things.

      This was my 5th full-service move in the past nine years, and I can safely say that it was by far the best experience I have had with a moving company. They were friendly and responsive from the get-go. Never pushy and always understanding. We had the same crew from start to finish, and they were fantastic. ***, ***** and ****** were professional, courteous and supremely helpful. We had a few heavy items at our destination that needed to be re-organized and they were more than happy to help. MoveUs wasnt the cheapest option, but it was worth every ***** and I would absolutely use them again.

      WORST! Quoted 2k on the phone. When movers arrived they told us there was extra fees due to stairs-being a townhouse-no backyard exit- 2k became 8k!!! We had to use them because we had to be out of the house in 7 days. They also told us ***** day delivery. WRONG. It took a full MONTH! We called several times to check and they finally responded with ***** WEEKDAYS!! Complete bs! Most people asks these questions PRIOR to scheduling and the most BS thing is they did deliver on a Sunday! Last i checked, Sunday was a weekend. The driver came alone and the company hired someone in the state we moved to. I'm sure they dont have workers on stand by that just come out whenever there is a load. HOWEVER! They did not do any type of background check or get any formal identification from the hire. They hired him off ********** or ******** and they weren't 100% sure. They pay the worker cash after the upload. They have a complete stranger walking through our home. I trusted this company but come find they really are a load of crap! This in state worker ended up stealing all of my jewelry that i had tucked away in my closet. I personally brought all my jewelry with me because I couldn't leave it in my load with the movers. He stole 100k worth of things and when i needed information on the worker the company had no idea who this person was. The phone number they had for him was disconnected and they only had a first name. No ID of any kind and since they didn't pay him with a check that they could have the bank trace i was basically ***. I understand a proper employee can also steal. Bad seeds in every company. But they can fire that person and press charges with the information they have. This worker is completely unknown! I was scared that he would return for the things he saw being unloaded. Ive called the company everyday for a month for their insurance to eat reimbursed for their negligence but i have not had one call returned. They also haven't answered the detectives calls.

      This review has taken me some time to write as I am still dealing with the aftermath of using this company. I originally booked this company for my move back in June to move from ********** to *****. The original quote was lower than any other company I had looked into but they assured us over the phone everything would be ok with shipping and there would be no extra or hidden fees. I was skeptical because I had seen all the negative reviews but I was reassured by the customer representative not to worry. I should have listened to my gut. Upon arrival to pick up my furniture I got hit with a packing fee even though it was stated in the contract and by the customer rep that packing of larger items was included in my moving price (it wasn't) and I needed to pay that amount before anything got moved which I was not expecting. They then had my furniture sitting in a warehouse in ********** for two-three weeks (I tracked my belongings through my own personal tracking device) before even moving it when they said it would take at the most 14 days as I asked for a quick turnaround. Once my things arrived I had to pay before I could even see my stuff upon unloading half of my bins and the items inside were broken, I was missing the headboard to my bedframe, my TV, and my boxsprings. I called Move US several times about my missing furniture they had no idea where my stuff was and I was constantly left on hold, moved around by different customer care reps, and then they generally stopped answering my calls about my missing items after they got their money. They said they would deliver my stuff once it was found and they never did and haven't heard back from them since AUGUST. Do not book with this company they are very shady and will not assist you with anything once they have their money.

      This moving experience was awful! If I could give zero stars, I would. The quoted price continued to rise, ending up substantially more than what was originally provided. Payment was a HUGE ISSUE!!! They state over and over in BOLD on the paperwork, "You may also use Zelle for fast and convenient payment." However, only on the original confirmation does it state (not in bold), "Payments cannot be sent through the standalone app and must be sent through your online banking portal." The delivery email said, "Payment options on delivery are ***** **** Money Order, or Zelle ONLY." After 2 weeks, I finally heard from them about a Saturday delivery. Once confirmed, they changed it to Sunday. I had planned to use Zelle. Because MoveUS.pro is a small business, they did not accept my direct payment on Zelle--and my bank does not have Zelle. Since it was Sunday, the *********** was closed which was the ONLY money order that they would accept. I then went to a local ATM and was able to withdraw some, but not enough for the total payment due to ATM daily limits. It was horrible!!! The truck drivers said that the company would call me to work out the issue--they never called! The driver spoke broken English and the assistant only Spanish--so communication was extremely difficult! My daughter-in-law was able to be on the phone and translate for me. It was decided that I could Zelle money to the truck driver and he could then transfer the money to the company. Once that was complete, the assistant and I worked together to bring in my belongings from the truck while the driver went to another job. While they did put my dining table together, they did not put my other two tables together. By then, I was just wanting them gone. Multiple boxes were smashed. My mugs--in a plastic container with bubble wrap--were broken into small pieces. Paint was scratched off my chairs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It was terrible and I have moved many, many times! This was the worst!
