I used them last spring for aeration and paid upon job completion. Fast forward to this spring and I receive a statement for ****** in my email for "liquid aeration" already completed. I never saw nor spoke to one person from this company since last spring. I called and informed the representative that no one informed me of this service, and I never agreed to repeating aeration service. I simply purchased a one-time aeration service last spring and paid upon completion. The representative insisted that "correspondence was sent" notifying of this change and I had the "chance to opt out". I never received any correspondence, nor did I agree to additional service.Initial Complaint

March 31, 2023 I had a technician service my front and back yard, which they have been doing the 4 years Ive been with the company. They recommended a lawn aeration for the bare spots in the front yard. On May 1st, they did the aeration on only my back yard. I reached out and asked why it wasnt done on the whole yard. I was informed that my account was set to back yard only so I didnt waste money on the front yard since thats where my dogs spend the most time. I told them the tech made the recommendation based on the front yard, and thats where I had requested the service. They refused to do the front yard and said any service on my front yard was the techs mistake. So Ive been paying full price for my whole yard for the past year and they were only supposed to do the back? Now I have a collection letter. The owner refuses to speak to me, they refuse to do the correct service. They have basically stopped all contact with me. This is extremely deceptive business practices. I would have gladly paid the amount due if they did the correct service based on what THEIR tech recommended.Initial Complaint

We have been using lawn doc since the beginning of their tiny business started. Over the years I have become busier and busier so I added another service, weeding/spraying for weeds. 4 weeks after they did the first treatment EVERY, very well established, perennial and some weeds had died. The owner told me his weed guys was new and they were really sorry. He was going to come out and take some samples. There was literally nothing left. The tiny piece of who knows what he took came back inconclusive to being the source. My beloved, beautiful garden had been destroyed! We continue to use them as we are graceful. They billed us for the weed treatment. After having a few rounds with the secretary, the owner took half off. I havent paid my last bill because I have been asking for months for a correct bill. I refuse to pay for a service that essentially was not performed. They now have sent me to collections. Over all of these month I have been asking not only for a correct bill but to have the owner please call me. I havent heard a word. Just a collection letter. The pictures i have included show some are 3 years ago when the perennials started. And some are after the weed treatment. If needed I can go through the pictures if needed.
