MY annuity states a 7% penalty if I have to take out more than once in a calendar year.. The agent at ********* financial division told me that was only penalty before i opened this policy. Now 12 days after subbmitting request I get call from *************************** Administrator I ******************************* Annuity Operations ******************************************* T: ************ ************************ ManhattanLife.com She says she contacted erie bank on the 4/12 the day they faxed request to Manhattan life , that thier would be a 400 Penalty on top of the 7% .. ********* says they never were contacted.. ****** told me she would fax the form right away to the bank for me to sign again. after calling back 3 times in an hr to see if they had received the papers, I finally drove to bank and they had not received the new papers to sign or even the email back on the 12th saying I needed to ok the extra 400 .. some one is lying ... I really feel western united is ripping me off of this addition charge.. Or ***************** (former Employee of ********* finanacial Lied about the this additional charge.. Alex *** works for F.N.B corp in Pittsburg.
