We walked into this establishment in search of an appliance the staff assured us that the appliance we were interested was in working and functioning order with no issues. The original price tag was 999, but we agreed on 950. However when we installed it in our home the appliance was not in working condition as previous represented. We decided we couldnt trust the establishment and preferred a return since the item was defective and misrepresented. However they refused and would not agree to the return. Also after looking at our loan amount the Staff changed the price amount from 950 to 975 without our knowledge taking advantage of our trust.

The customer did come in and purchase the ********************** in question. At the time of this purchase and all purchases we thoroughly go over our warranty and highlight it as we explain it and it is clearly stated that all sales are final. The day after the purchase the customer called and asked if he would need to change the cord or the outlet because the cord provided wasn't the right configuration. At that time I told the customer the cord needs to be replaced and he could bring it back in and we would change the cord or he could do it if he knew how or get it changed through his own channels. The customer decided to do it his self and then called back and said after changing out the cord the washer is not functioning. I told the customer to bring the machine in per the warranty for repairs and to determine what caused the issue. At that time he said he would bring it in for the warranty repairs or replacement with another unit. Shortly there after he called back and said he is not interested in the warranty he wanted a refund. ***** i told him at that time wasn't an option because as previously explained to his wife at the time of purchase all sales are final, per our warranty that they agreed to and signed for we repair or replace any and all of our appliances that have warranty issues. He said he wanted a refund and nothing else. I told him we stick to our warranty but I would contact the owner and inform him of the issue and see if there was any other solution. Before the owner could be contacted he called back and informed me that he called ACIMA ( the financing company we use ) and had them cancel the funding for his lease. At witch time I called ACIMA and addressed the issue with them and told them all he had to do is bring the unit in for the warranty processes to begin, witch they said they would also communicate to the customer. The next day the customer came in with the ********************** on his truck and asked me for my name and the owners name because he was going to serve us, at that time he left the store and left without dropping the unit off for the needed warranty repairs. If a customer refuses to bring the ********************** in for any warranty work we can not do anything. If the unit is brought in we have every intention on fulfilling our warranty, and at the end of that process he would have a working appliance or a replacement appliance.
