The rooms are dirty, smokey, falling apart. You don't get the Internet or a breakfast as they advertise. When I questioned the lack of Internet and the dirty room the women in the office got hostile and told me to leave. I said I want a refund then I have another day she said fine. When I went to the office and asked for a refund she said you need to ask a manager and there is not one here today. Which was a lie she tells everyone that. I said I want the refund for my *** dog you charged me to have him here she said so what you have to talk to a manager. I said you told me to leave and your give me a refund. She grabs her phone says I'm calling metro. I looked at her like she was crazy. She says I didn't say any of those things to you. You can stay another day if you'd like. I chose to leave since she had already told me to leave and lied about the refund and the fact she charged me for my *** dog and it's against the law and she did not care. This business should be shut down the rooms are unhealthy and they are robbing people of there money for no reasonReview from Kimberly O

I suggest people check their charges. We were charged twice for $100 deposits. We were only refunded once. I have called and talked to them 3 times so far and they promised to refund it each time. Give 3-5 business days I was told each time. No money yet and will call again today. I gave a week in between each time. This is not difficult to rectify.Review from Shawn H

DO NOT Stay here! It has gone seriously downhill. After getting our key, we decided it wasn't safe (based on the clientele and the cars already parked) and a peek into the uncleaned room showing that it wasn't clean or habitable. they said it would be done in 10 minutes. There is NO WAY that suite was going to get cleaned in 10 minutes. As a group of women and children, we just couldn't stomach it. SCARY!! We had to stay elsewhere for a lot more money, and they can't be reached to discuss a refund the very nice desk person told us would happen by the manager the next day. Multiple calls to the office. They don't answer. We are still waiting to hear from the manager. One email has been shut down and the BBB indicates they are NOT an accredited location. It's too bad because there are very few options for N. *******. I wish I would have snapped a few pics.
