my car went into BMW of Spokane for repairs and they took 6 months for the repair. I got the car back and not all things were taken care of. I had my car back a month and had to take it back in and the problem for taking it back to them was the same thing. water got in the area of the brain box and they were to fix the water leak but did not. they will not fix the problem on their dime even though it was their problem. It was in to them the second time for 4 months.

I purchased a *** from them and an extended warranty. Months later I decided I didn't need the extended warranty so I reached out to cancel it. I was told my warranty would result in me receiving roughly $6,200 back. A month goes by and I reach out. Still nothing. 2 months, 3 months still nothing. My original finance person has quit and the new folks don't return my calls. I just want to be reimbursed for the prorated amount I'm owed from my original warranty cancellation request.

I purchased a used *********************** April and was told the car had been inspected and serviced. Within 2 months the tailgate stopped working as well as the ** stared acting up and the glass hatch on the tailgate never worked. *** was not able to detect what was wrong and said I could go to a **** dealer for diagnostic. Once the issues were determined *** would not return calls or emails. I left the ** 3 voicemails and the ************* 1 message. ********************* also left multiple messages as well as several emails with the service outline of issues. The cost comes to about $2500. I had no working ** during the 100 degree temperatures and was trying to drive kids to sports.

I did not receive my repair discount that *** offers when your car is towed there via AAA. I was told over the phone by AAA about this discount so I asked the service **** gentleman if I would receive this discount with the upcoming repairs, he said yes. Upon arrival the discount was not reflected on my receipt. He stated it's taken off in the parts department so it wasn't reflected. I informed him in my previous 13 yrs doing business with them discounts, coupons, etc are always reflected on the receipt so I thought it was odd no discount was itemized or noted. His response was "that would be nice wouldn't it, but that's just how it is." Clearly contradicting past business practices. Discounts being reflected on receipts was also confirmed by another service advisor, that yes, it should be on the receipt. I tried calling *************************, the service manager twice (July 13th & July 20), both time leaving messages asking for clarification, help or a remedy. I have yet to receive a return call after almost three weeks. I am looking for a refund reflecting the discount I should have received. Thank you for your help.

On Jan 13, 2023 I traded in my Vehicle, and purchased a used vehicle from them. On 1/27/2023 The payment for the vehicle I trades in was processed. Since the vehicle had been traded in, and no longer in my possession, I contacted the ************* I was told they had not received any documentation off trade in or pay off. 1/27/2023. I began calling the dealership. 1/27/2023 Left message, no return call. On 2/1 :called and left a message with general mail box, the finance manager, and the dealership manager- no retuned call. I left a 2nd message with the finance manager on 2/1. On 2/2 I left a message for Finance manager. Received a call back, stating that the guy that completed my paperwork was new, and he missed a form. The form was emailed to me I signed and emailed it back same day (it was dated 1/13/2023), I requested acknowledgement of receipt and submission- nothing received. I was told that the documents would be immediately submitted. 2/7: called and left message- no response. 2/8 I received a call saying my registration and tags were ready for pick up. Upon pick up I spoke to the finance manager asking about the status off payoff and my refund. I was told it had been sent and should be any day. I called bank- they had not received anything. 2/9: I called bank again before heading to dealer. I returned to the dealer- spoke to finance. Was told that the request was made 2/6 and was received by the bank 2/9/2023. They pay off was NOT what was on the contract. Contract payoff ******** amount paid off ********. Since the amount was exact, they bank does not have refund for me. The dealer owes me the refund. As of 2/22 I still have not received refund due to me. I am out $785 car payment AND ****** that is owed to me as refund from payoff contract.

We purchased a used 2019 Mini ****** on 05/24/2022 with Total Coverage Warranties at a cost of $6143+LoJack $1164. We decided to trade the car in in November on a ****** Tacoma at a ********** ***** dealership. We contacted ********************* *************) in *** finance to cancel warranties and requested a refund of the remaining time on the warranties. **** claimed *********** was included in the other warranty fees. The attached forms and computation of fees say otherwise? Anyway, We signed his form and supplied an odometer disclosure from ***************** for the ****** on 11/17/2022. We sent an inquiry email January 10th on the status of the refund. No reply. **** called a few days later of several calls made he talked to **** once. **** said hed check with accounting and get back to him. He did not. Several messages have been left with **** and no response. **** left a message with the general manager on 1/26/2023 and no response. Looking like maybe some of our warranty fees were not handled correctly and may be why they are ignoring our calls? Thank you for your help in this matter, Sincerely, **** and *********************

I purchased a used 2018 *** X5 from BMW of Spokane on 2/28/2022. The car has a 60 day warranty from the dealership. I also purchased an extended warranty. Within 24 hours of owning this vehicle the check engine light came on. We immediately brought the vehicle back in for service under the 60 day warranty. They claimed to have fixed the problem within 2 days and we returned to collect our vehicle. We didn't make it out of the parking lot before the check engine light came back on. We left it again for service. A few day later they called to say it was fixed and again we made the trip to collect our vehicle. This time, the service manager went to get our vehicle but returned moments later saying the check engine light came back on and he drove it back into the service bay. Approximately four days later they called to say it was fixed. We again returned to the dealership to collect our vehicle. We managed to get it home this time but within 48 hours the check engine light came on again. This time around, I was told that *** North ******* is running out of ideas on how to fix my vehicle. I have reached out to the salesperson, the sales manager (*******************) and the general manager (***********************) as well as their corporate office (Lithia Motors) by phone and have yet to receive a single call back from anyone other than the service department. I also emailed *** the general manager with no return email from him. So far, we have had this vehicle in our possession for a total of five days out of three weeks since the purchase. I informed them of their obligation under the implied warranty of merchantability as well as the 60 day warranty and extended service contract. I also informed them that I would be open to walking the deal back and parting ways as it obvious they sold me a defective vehicle that neither they or *** North ******* can fix. Again, no response from them whatsoever. I am perplexed by their reluctance to communicate with me.

1/04/2022 got my car in for transmission diagnostics. They did diagnose, did repairs, and the car failed on the way home from the dealer. How embarrassing that the car failed shortly after repair, dead on side of the road.
