I bought a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon back on 08/03 and at that time, traded in my 2020 Cherokee. When I purchased the vehicle, I was not given a CARFAX or any sort of report. I understand that I should have asked for it, however buying a car is stressful enough and after being in the dealership for about 5 hours, I was ready to go. I recently started noticing some corrosion on my Jeep around the windshield frame and the hood. I had seen on a ******** group, that **** offers a factory warranty on corrosion. I called Jeep Cares and was told that I would need to contact *********************** to get the process started. Why do I need to contact ***********************? I started doing some of my own research, paid for a report of the Jeep from Good Car and sure enough the vehicle came from ******. I started reading forums, to find that **** does not honor warranties or recalls once the vehicle crosses the border unless the import was done correctly and once the vehicle is registered in the **, *********** will no longer honor the warranty. We reached out to the dealership on 08/26 and was told that someone would be calling us in the morning. Come the morning of 08/27, our salesman called and told us that it should have been in the CARFAX that we received in our paperwork. We were told that an F&I Mgr would call us back. If the import paperwork was done correctly, wouldnt there still be a factory warranty on the vehicle, considering the vehicle is only 2 years old? Well, after not receiving a phone call back on 08/27, we called the F&I Mgr and was told that they do not have that information. We only got a phone number for *****. We were told that the guy who buys the cars doesnt look into the vehicles history and just buys them if they look like a good car. When we mentioned that we did not see a CARFAX, nothing was said. It makes me sick to my stomach that a company as large as they are, would do this.

I called the customer yesterday and apologized for the experience. I also set up a time on the 16th to call again and set up a time to look at the concerns on her vehicle. She was appreciative and has all of my contact information so she can communicate directly with me moving forward. She was happy

They advertised the Jeep that we bought with a winch. After we purchased it we found out there was no controller for the winch. We were told too bad you purchased it as is. We had to buy one on line for $80. It was like buying the Jeep with no keys. You can look at it but you cant use it. They also screwed us on our trade in. Didnt give us what it was worth. Bunch of shysters.

I am sorry  you felt you didn't get the value you wanted for your trade in. We provided fair market value for the vehicle. Times are tough for the used vehicle market right now and used are not worth what they were worth even three months ago. The vehicle purchased was an as is vehicle with high miles and our primary concerns with these vehicles are the safety features; light, brakes, engine and drivetrain.  I hope it provides a long , fun, experience for you. Again, I am sorry you were not plesaed with the outcome

Thieves work here. Dont take your vehicle here.We took our vehicle to Lithia for warranty work and a 30k service. We we got our vehicle back we found that there were numerous items stolen from inside the vehicle. When we reported the theft to the dealership they acknowledged that vehicle break ins are a common occurrence at their dealership, yet aside from cameras very little is done to prevent these incidents. I was also told to go f-ck yourself by the mechanic, ****, who was the technician assigned to my vehicle when he asked if I thought they were responsible for the theft. After two days, and the involvement of the General and Service Managers, we received a phone call saying they had no footage of the theft, although the vehicle was under observation of at least one of their cameras. This leads us to the only logical conclusion, the theft was done by an employee and there has been no attempt by the dealership to find out who the thief is, nor do anything to make this right; not even offering to replace the owners manual that was stolen from the vehicle.

I am sorry that there were items taken from the vehicle where and when is the question. Thefts and break ins do happen at our business and we are not the only ones. It is a prevalent problem in Spokane. Our security systems are top notch and combined with auto alert that notifies police if there is someone on the lot after hours we are confident in our security. That said things still happen. The vehicle in question was directly under the security camera from the time it was worked on and after reviewing the eight hours it sat at no point did anyone get into the vehicle. All of our techs are the best in the business and are ethical as well as great at what they do. Mat, the tech in question,  is quiet , efficient and has been a stellar employee for over 20 years with the company. We asked him to talk to ***** one on one to give ***** some peace that we had done nothing underhanded. ***** , in short, all but accused *** of taking the items and ***, innapropriatly, told ***** to *&^ off. Was it right ,no,  but *** was incensed that someone would actually accuse him of theft and had a knee jerk reaction

We have an amazing group of people that work here. They take pride in their work and ethics. I am sorry that anything was taken from the vehicle but I am beyond confident it did not happen on our lot

      Thank you
