      On 6-18-24 I had my vehicle towed 7 miles for 550$ upon arrival to the drop off destination I had found my truck to have gotten a huge amount of damage that was not on the truck prior to evergreen towing the vehicle after days of trying to contact evergreen they refuse to help or answer any question regarding the damage or do anything what so ever to help with the damage or even comment on it I called everyday for a week straight and received nothing but unprofessional bad attitudes

      On 6/18/2024 we were called by the Spokane ************************** for a collision tow, at the time of the call we were informed by their dispatch that there was heavy front end damage, and the front left tire was down. When we arrived on scene it was a major accident and attached are pictures of the vehicle before we even touched it, the pictures show the body damage, and what looks to be fluid on the road. We did not do the damage to his truck.
      As for the cost of the tow, like I said we were called in by the ******************* and the towing rate that Washington State Patrol sets for law enforcement tows is $254.00 per hour, as the call took 2 hours from start to finish the cost after tax was $553.21.

      After a 1st attempt to tow away my 2 vehicles about a month ago, that I prevented due to the fact that they had no right or authority to do so because my cars were not abandoned vehicles, I got served a temporary restraining order off the property I was at the time living on where my vehicles were located and being restored, the alleged land owners claimed to have the right to remove my vehicles from the property per their judgement summary that gave them a quit title and the title in their corporation name was at the time and still is in appeal status. Which according to. WA CR62(a) there is an automatic stay that is placed on that judgement summary. Which means that they can't enforce judgement or act on that judgement summary until such time the judge from the Court of Appeals makes their final ruling. So in other words the Corporation who hired them and the tow company is in violation of several RCW's not limited to but including RCW 9A.52.070, RCW 9A. 84.040(1)(c), RCW 9A.76.175, RCW9A.28.040, RCW9A.52.025, RCW9A.52.020, RCW.9.45.080, RCW9A.56.340, RCW9A.56.140, RCW9A.56.150, RCW9A.56.160 RCW9A.56.170. I am in contact with my attorney and suit will follow.

      Date- 03/03/23 I was charged for a towing impound for **** hours at the rate of $342 an hour to be towed from ****************************** ****************************************. Depending on the route it was either 3.7 miles or 4.6 miles and both routes were under 15 minutes to Evergreen State Towing. They were dispatched at 7:55 A.M. on seen/in custody at 8:36, time completed was 9:41 and stored by 9:45. My dispute is it took them 41 minutes to get there and put my car in custody but it took them 65 minutes to return back to Evergreen. My charge for the **** hours was $598.50 then I was charged half a day storage fee of $44.50 total of $643.00 before tax.

      The **** hours that was charged was for the time it takes to get to North ************************, get paperwork filled out by the proper person in order to impound the vehicle, get the vehicle hooked to the tow truck in order to tow it, drive back to our impound yard, get the vehicle unhooked from the tow truck in our impound yard,get the truck back in order, and write the invoice. We followed all the required RCW ***** that pertain to *************************.

      In February of 2022, I called to AAA to have a vehicle that had died in my driveway and needed it taken to the mechanic shop. The driver showed up and was very nice at first. He started hooking my vehicle up to put on the lift of the tow truck and hadn't secured in correctly and rolled back and hit my garage door. The driver promised that he would pay to have the damage repaired and so I took pictures of the damage and he called back and said that he had ordered the parts to fix the garage door. Over the course of the next year, he continued to put me off, telling me that the parts were on back order and at one point brought parts for the door out to the house and unpackaged them, leaving a mess of garbage in my yard and then packed it all back up stating they had sent him the wrong parts and would be back. I have attempted to text the driver with no response since and have left messages for the owner or supervisor to call back regarding the repair and a year later, I have never received a response or follow up from the management of this business and now have to consider alternate routes of getting this garage door fixed. It could have just been as easy as taking responsibility for the damage and sending out a professional installer to fix their error. Poor customer support at best

      As far as anyone in our office is concerned *** has not contacted our office to have management call her. She had been in contact with our driver and our drivers don't always answer phone calls to numbers they do not recognize. Our driver had ordered custom parts to fix her garage and they were 12 weeks out due to the customization and COVID. Once our driver finally got the parts he had tried to put them in and realized that they weren't the right parts, he has tried contacting the door company to have them come out and fix the door for her. Our driver is off on Thursdays and Fridays. We will reach out to *** on Monday once the driver is back to work and our management is in the office.

      Called AAA of ********** to set up a tow for my 2015 GMC that the motor blew up in. Made the appointment at 4pm today Fri-11/18/2022 nice lady said should be ***** Min, Had to use ************* naturally they call. Call back in a min and I'm told the shop where the vehicle is going is closed and they do not except cars at night, Funny, I am the sales manager at this shop and the owner and shop manager are waiting on my Truck to arrive cause we are switching out the motors in the truck this weekend. When I called and told them my displeasure and I was told that is a convenience tow and we won't do those cause AAA won't pay. AAA tells me other wise and I tried to tell the person this and was hung up on. Glad I was not upside down in a ditch.

      When people schedule their tow with AAA we have to follow their rules they place on us. We were told by AAA we could not tow the vehicle so this is why we did not tow it.

      My truck that was parked right in front of my apartment was towed . I am on vacation. I had only been gone 2 1-2 days at the time of tow. My tabs are expired but I did not think it could be towed for that . And it had been moved right before we left . Also there was no warning sticker to say it was about to be towed , or we would have moved it and promptly updated the tabs. We are being charged 348. $To pick it up . We feel this is extortion . My friend is staying at the house to care for our cats and could have moved it if there had been a warning of some kind . There are no signs saying we cant park , also it is my home address , and there were no sticker warnings put on my car .Thank you for any help you can assist . My friend had to go pay the fee while we were gone so it would not double in price. I just want my money back .

      ******************** vehicle was impounded by law enforcement. So what that means is the ******* ***************** called us and told us to impound the vehicle, so we have to impound it. As for the price, our prices are set by Washington State Patrol so that is what we have to charge.

      I am rejecting this response because: I find it very hard to believe in my neighborhood  , where people down the block sleep in a car , that the police targeted my truck only  , parked directly in front of my house while I was on vacation , to tow , because of expired tabs .
