I bought a car from him within Three day I had to take it back due to thermostat problems,I also told him I thought the transmission was slipping. He had me take it to ******* transmission shop,a place that told me they couldn't diagnose it because it was misfiring. I took it back to him they replaced a coil pack. They ignored me when I again said the transmission is slipping. I've made one payment. It started slipping on the first day of May 2024, the transmission is going out.. It won't go on reverse the RPMs just rev, they told me 14 days ago that a tow truck would be by to get it. Yeah right,I'm a single mom with a 9 month old baby girl and an 11 year old son.. I needs a car to provide for them. I literally have driven this car $1,276 MI I gave him a down payment of $1,100 in addition to that paid my $187 payment. I have not even gotten a dollar a mile. I'm supposed to make 17 more payments of $187. As well as I have taken it back more than once telling him that there was something wrong with it,and he refuses to give me my money back. Told me that the tow truck company would be here on Tuesday when I was there last Thursday he knows I have children he knows I'm disabled he knows that I live on a very little income and I gave him everything I had this is not okay. Bad Business just bad business.Business response

My car shouldn't left the lot as you can see in the documents I provided. They knew the car was broken and they still sold it I told them I need a Good vehicle to transport disabled kids and I go to *******, ****** for my job and I cant. The last time I told ***** about it he said that I would be responsible for the repairs it would go on my bill on which I shouldn't pay anything and I would be without a car that means no work I can't, still haven't heard from the car lot, I told them I was going to buy the car out right after my taxes came in but if I have to fix it than I will take the money off the price. This car does fall in the lemon law for sure I would like something done about this, he sells cars that shouldn't be sold and someone can get hurt or die so please help me I put a $1000 down on this 09 **** flexInitial Complaint

Sold me a vehicle for $3000 and the transmission went out 2 months later and the timing chain was messed up. I continued to pay on it even though I couldnt drive it at all. I missed the last 2 payments due to some income issues and was going to make a payment the next week when they decided to just come get the vehicle. I would not recommend working with them to anyone unless you want a cheap piece of garbage car that *** or *** not last a week.Business response

My car got repossessed for being one month delinquent on my payments. The dealership failed to make contact with me to inform me of the situation. I was harassed by two goons who failed to identify themselves. After finally identifying themselves under stress I gave them the keys. They informed me that I can pick up the car at the dealership with no additional fees. When I obtained the fees and attempted to pay the following week I was informed that I had to pay approximately $600 to get my car back. Then when that was offered to pay I had to pay the remaining balance in the amount of $1700.Business response
