Purchases Vape battery on 19 July 2024. The thing did NOT work next day. Tried to return/refund next day was then told as long as it comes on NO refunds. But this does not work. My husband and I are both seniors, disabled vets and Native Americans. I will Tell everyone. AND report to AARP about how these companies are treating us.Business response

I am sorry to hear of this complaint. And we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We have always offered a thirty day MANUFACTURERS DEFECT warranty on our batteries. And we offer a 24hr. MANUFACTURER DEFECT warranty on our Disposable Vape devices. So if you bought a device and it falls under these warranty periods, then we will repair or replace the device (with proof of purchase and original packaging.)
