We ceased purchasing from Oxarc April, ******************************************************************** a testing failure and loss of two production batches of our product, lost revenue of an estimated $41,750 and two production shifts dedicated to removing any potential remaining contamination from our production facility. Our customer *** told us ********************** had had no other issues ***orted and that the benzene contamination was due to our production methods. We reached out to a few other businesses in our industry and became aware that we were not the only customer ********************** had delivered contaminated product to around this time and that those other customers had notified the company before our product failed testing. When confronted with this information our ***'s story changed and said Oxarc had been notified by other customers benzene contaminated product and he ************* this time the remaining potentially contaminated product in our inventory was returned and we were told we would be receiving a refund for the retuned product. All remaining tanks and cylinders were returned to Oxarc on that pick up on or about 5/1. The final invoice showed we were still being billed for the returned product as well rental fees for cylinders that were retuned. Our previous *** visited our facility (unannounced) and was shown that no cylinders remained and were returned. We were again told the invoicing would be corrected. We also received several calls from our previous customer ***resentative in which he again lied. This time about a Chief Officer of Oxarc's petroleum supplier sending cease and desist letters to our vendors. In reality these letters were sent by one of Oxarc's sales managers. We have received yet another invoice and assurance the matter will be "looked into" and we would receive a response in writing as we will no longer continue verbal communications due to being ***eatedly lied while no corrective action is taken.Business response

Thank you for forwarding the complaint from Mr. **************** cylinder issue has been resolved. Outstanding cylinder rental on the account has been credited and applied and cleared off of the account and a refund of $993.83 has been done for rental paid. I will send a check to Mr. **** after it posts.

Ive recently sold my dental office in Enterprise 12/15/2023. Ive been trying to close my account but keep getting bills for cylinder rentals. I have been renting tanks for Oxygen and Nitrous Oxide for over 13 years,and buying the gas as I used it for my patients. Through the process of trying to close the account I discovered that I have been charged for an Acetylene tank a Helium tank and possibly another Oxygen tank, that I do not possess, have never used, never seen, and was only made aware of yesterday. I called repeatedly and was finally told to call their *************** I explained what I thought had occurred and was told that it was my fault because I did not contact them sooner to rectify the situation. Keep in mind I only discovered the error yesterday. I asked about a refund for services I had been charged for but never received or wanted and paid for over 13 years. They said the best they could possibly do was go back six months. Keep in mind I did not know they were over charging me until yesterday. I received monthly statements and paid them without question and foolishly assumed they were truthful and accurate and reflected the services that I was legitimately using. I would simply like a refund of the fees for the services I did not use, the products I did not posses. I hope you can help. Ive been trying to calculate the exact amount I have been overcharged but they have not yet responded to my repeated inquiries, at both the local office or the Spokane accounting department.Business response

Oxarc is a welding supply company. I purchased multiple nitrogen tanks that were filled as needed. Once business was over, I sold them back $950 worth of those tanks. I have a receipt that proves on 6/28/2023 they received said tanks. Oxarc advised me it would take 2 weeks even though I requested cash. Understanding their policy I waited three weeks and nothing. I called their ******** office and they stated it would be two more weeks. I waited and called after and was told it wasnt sent because it wasnt end of month. Two more weeks and still nothing. I contacted them again and they stated it was processed on 8/29/2023. Yet again two more weeks later and still nothing so I drove to ******** office again. They called their accounting ***** and stated it has not be issued yet and printed an invoice showing the buy back of $950 with the date of 8/29/2023. I came home and called the number on the invoice and spoke with **** at their *******, ** HQ location and she was everything but concerned about the timeline and stated that they are short staffed. I begged for assistance as I desperately need that check and she reluctantly stated she will place that on top of the to do pile but yet another week has gone by and nothing received. This payment has been due to me for *********************************************************************************************** payment but they have clearly no intention of doing so in hopes that I will not proceed further and give up that money they owe. I am going to contact law enforcement, local media and I am also rating their services in all sites available stating this situation as my reason. I wish to let the BBB know that this company is not to be trusted and is far less than a A+ company. Their invoice clearly states their expectations from customers and their fees related. They clearly have no intent to respect their own words in regards to their customers.Customer response

Two weeks after filing complaint and sending my own complaint to the ********** via certified mail advising them of my intent to inquire local news, social media and any other public assistance, they finally sent me my check. 3 months it took for me to get my refund. Thank you for your efforts.
