      If I could put zero stars I would. Every time I deal with the the Sunset Auto family it is a catastrophe. From the time I bought the vehicle in 2019 to now I have been misled or lied to. During the finance time they asked if I wanted to extend the the bumper to bumper warranty. Not buy a totally different one. Extend it. They ended up selling me a different warranty that was not bumper to bumper had a deductible and covered half the stuff of the one I was told I was extending. I am now doing the ******* mile warranty and when I called in May/June they said the price for the package deal for the ******* service would cover installing spark plugs but did not cover the purchase of them. This sounded weird to me. I had the service writer get clarification and he said yes they install the plugs as part of the $1,050 price fore the service but not the purchase of them. He then stated if the plugs are no the dashboard when we get it they will be installed.I dropped my vehicle off today and was originally be billed $225 for installing them now it is at $150. Low and behold they can't find the phone call they recorded when they said it would be free to install them. Plus their service writers lie about whether your vehicle is covered on the lifetime warranty or not. They will give warm fuzzy answers to get you to tow the vehicle there only to bait and switch. The service manager said How are they supposed to know. But the service writer I just talked to knew right off the bat 2019 Chevrolet Traverse ****** mileage service and the spark plugs are at ****** without even have to look it up. So when they say possibly I don't know get it in here and we will check on it. They know!I have asked multiple times to talk to the person above the finance person and the service manager as the departments just point the finger at the other department saying not us. As if this doesn't come from the top down. Even today I requested it. In 4 years no call.

      The **************** at this company is rather bleak. I have been trying to obtain a copy of my receipt for a vehicle purchased. Five people have told me they would forward my information so someone can help me. Now four days later, no one has. This company has huge internal communication problems. I doubt we will ever buy a car from them again.

      As a previous loyal customer of ***********************, I'm appalled at their level of customer service and their disregard for safety. They put myself and my family in an unsafe situation for 7 months knowing my transmission needed replacing but not fixing the actual problem. They now claim the warranty company accidently approved a claim and WON'T continue to fix the ACTUAL problem. I'm shocked they can be in business putting customers in this type of situation.

      sunset is very dishonest and the owner ************************* is the most dishonest and teaching all employees at sunset how to s**** people over ... not a man of his word and they upped the price 4k when I got there ... stay away from them

      Horrible service. My girlfriend brought a brand new car in 2017 a year later her pistons needed to be changed and now 5 years later they need to be changed again. They did not mention the problem when we sent it in for an oil change.. we said the check engine light came on they said to tear out the engine was $2k and thats not even fixing the problem or diagnosing the problem. They did not mention anything or even try to work something out. Very unprofessional need to work on their service and not selling people cars that will break down a year later.

      Beginning Feb 3, 2023 I began long distance negotiations with a salesman, ***********************, at Sunset Chevrolet. The price on the vehicle was set and an invoice was discussed at length. On the day the vehicle was scheduled for financing, the dealership went up on the price significantly. Of course, I called them on this and was advised that they changed the price since the vehicle was the only one in the Northwest and other dealers wanted the vehicle. Despite originally agreeing to a price, I was advised that they changed the price and red lined my invoice that I had in my possession (and discussed with them at length). This dealership is crooked and I would never purchase a vehicle from them.

      Soon after filing this action, I received the same communication that I had previously used indicating that they had received our application and asked who we had been working with in the company. Obviously, this was a mistake and rather, they had this vehicle double sold. They simply wanted me to back out of the deal once they changed the price on me so they could get the higher, uninvoiced price, from another individual. I have a copy of the invoice that the vehicle was offered to me up until financing when they changed the price.
