I went to this gas station to get a few items for the next few days. I knew the items would be expensive. I am familiar with shipping with a budget and when the total was over 30dollars I requested a receipt. Once I got home I had looked at receipt and found 2 separate charges for taxable grocery, I've never seen this before. It was extremely high priced.. I took the 2 items I thought were tied and went back to have this explained, while in line I also tried to use my phone to continue researching about this. I in no way wanna declare I should have a refund of I was incorrect, I don't wanna hurt anyone's business. My phone was un able to use any type of service almost like there was a blocker. So I was alone with no technical support i couldnt even text out, messages were qued and finally when I was able to move to the register I requested to have it explained. Communication was difficult due to language differences, that's ok so I continued to ask why do I have these taxes, I said I wanna return it so I can get reimbursed for the items and taxes. He didn't explain anything to me, he gave me a refund just on the items I had brought back, also took back my bag I paid .10 for. It was all too strange and nothing was resolved. I have the receipt still have pictures and the exact amount he had given me. Per my calculations I should had been reimbursed *****. I would like someone to help me understand this, also the no service thing is extremely odd. I've went here for the past 7 years daily even, last year it has been under new management and things are very different. Any help will greatly be appreciated I don't feel-good about going to my neighborhood gas station. Thank you for your time. I can elaborate more, I know this message is choppy I apologize. Thank you.
