      I would give a 0 if I could for their review. Just got off the phone with a representative. She sounded like she just woke up. I had been on hold for about 35 minutes waiting to talk to a person. Their LONG phone message while youre waiting still seems to think were in the middle of a Covid 19 pandemic. Update your message!Our dog died in August. I talked with Banfield when we brought our dead dog in, and they said it would be canceled immediately. Now the woman says that because of the contract, despite the fact that it is written everywhere you can cancel at any time, you really cant. They continue to charge the monthly fee and overcharge, saying we owed $800 for services through the year that the service paid for, which makes no sense. Each time we came, we paid the entire bill! She said they would extend us the courtesy of canceling the service now, but would offer no refund for the money taken out of our account after the death of our puppy. I said I would still like to talk to her supervisor and she said they wouldnt give the courtesy of closing my account if I did that. I insisted. She put me on hold, and suspiciously she came back and said no manager was available to talk. So I accepted the courtesy of her canceling our membership and had no choice but to get off the phone.Ironically I was already concerned when our dog died because someone months earlier told me that they had a bad experience with Bandield. They continued to charge her almost a year after the death of her dog. Sure enough, we got stuck with the same issue. Where is the management of this company.? I know I will get anotheras a practice of pet owners and pet lovers, our top priority, blah, blah, blah. Unfortunately this company preys on and benefits from people grieving the loss of a beloved pet. They should be ashamed but as we all know, what comes around goes around

      Our pet has cancer. We were informed the mast needed surgery. We were informed an outside surgeon provides these services.We contacted multiple times in phone and email and kept not getting a response to when we would be contacted about a potential visit with the surgeon.We went to another facility to get the surgery for our pet.We were told our pet needs chemotherapy after the surgery. We asked Banfield if this can be done at their facility. They did not respond after talking with the receptionist.I called to cancel the wellness plan. I used the automated system. The system denied my phone number. I used my wife's phone number. The system denied the phone number.I tried the process to discuss with a human representative. The system didn't allow me to talk with a representative for the "cancel wellness plan" option for two attempts. The system hung up on me.Afterwards, I selected a different choice in the automated system. I was able to talk with a representative. They transferred me to another department for cancelling my wellness plan.The system hung up on **** received an automated system computer voice call. It asked if I was satisfied with my ********** 1 ********* 2 no.I disputed my charge on my credit ******** I am on this site.Banfield's system would not allow me to cancel my monthly wellness plan that is not benefitting me.

      They get zero stars. I take my dog to the ******* ********. Banfield have been taking her there for a long time every time theres a different vet every time theres a different price nothing is consistent and they are the most uncaring people when it comes to your animals and the family bringing them in. My dog is on a shot for arthritis. She only needs to see a vet tech. They scheduled me with a veterinarian and then when I got there, they told me I would have to pay more because I was seeing a veterinarian, but she had already been seen by one, but they didnt have a vet available so I had to pay for it, Im not gonna let my dogs suffer I called ******* to schedule her for her shot and now they have no vets and no vet tech to give her her shot so I had to call the ********** location but they want me to be treated like a new patient even though weve been going to Banfield and they have our files and they want us to pay the new patient fee and then pay for the shot and she has to see the vet. This will be the third time shes had a vet check up in three months and the vet has not even looked at my dog. They are just charging me for that because, theres no back tech there been told that there is no way to speak to anybody in corporate that I can only speak with the manager at the store and there is no way to contact anybody like a general manager. They are not run that way that is what I was told , I I was also informed by their old manager that they have compassion, fatigue and thats why theyre not so compassionate. Absolutely ridiculous when youre in that kind of business Banfield is a dont take your dogs there. It is terrible. They will rob you and do not sign up for any of their plans. Terrible terrible terrible veterinarian.

      Banfield Hospital is the worst place ever to take your pet. A 5-page contract that is all about the company and their rights, while you have none. You are paying way more for a few shots a year. You will do much better with Pet Smart or a clinic that will see to your needs a care. And don't waste your time calling Cooperate to complain; their Rep., ***** ****** ** ********* *** won't answer questions and refuses to address my concerns. I will be passing out flyers in protest of any Banfield location I come across. Stay clear of this company!

      Banfield corporate is truly the worst vet clinic network. Please don't use the clinic or their "wellness" plan out of convenience. I had to change my credit card number due to fraudulent activity. Unfortunately, I used this credit card for autopay for the plan. They did not notify me that the autopay has stopped. Without any notice, they sent my account into collection. When I contacted the corporate account department to sort this, the representatives were extremely rude and unprofessional. One was extremely condescending and yelled at me for making her repeat information which she did not. Truly the worst pet hospital network.

      I have given Banfield two chances, and I wish I never gave them one at all. My first experience- I brought my kitten and got him signed up for a wellness plan. It went okay for the first few months, but then I had to do his drop off exam. I dropped him off in the morning and was told Id be called when he was ready. When 2pm came and I didnt hear anything, I tried giving them a call and they told me that he had been combative and they were unable to do anything for him. They just left him (a 6 month old kitten that weighed maybe 10 pounds) scared in a cage for hours with no attempt to contact me. They then suggested he come less often due to his anxiety and handed me his medicine leaking in a plastic bag. I took him to another vet and warned them that he may be combative and he did absolutely fine. I never got any compensation for the remaining services I didnt use with the plan, and I had to complete payment (6 more months).My second experience was at a different hospital. We took our new puppy in for an initial wellness exam. We have a vet already but they werent available when we could take him so we took him to Banfield. Right off the bat, I was on edge because they couldnt even figure out how to read the shot record I brought- I had to explain it to them. They then tried to tell me his vaccines were expired and when I explained they were not they said that since I couldnt prove they were valid they had to start ALL OVER. (4 MORE parvo vaccines). Somehow it switched to him just needing two instead of four, and they very rudely told me they couldnt do anything to him until i gave my verbal consent. All I wanted was a wellness exam and vaccines, and i stated that multiple times. They very rudely and impatiently had us weigh our own dog, and when they brought him out after the shots gave us no instruction or things to look out for as far as reactions or soreness. We will NEVER be back to Banfield and we will make sure everyone we know is weary as well.

      Banfield should be ashamed of themselves. They charged me boyfriend over 800 dollars to come home with a dead cat. What's worse is 145 of those charges, was a phone CALL made to the poison helpline!!!! They charged him almost as much to make a call to a line that he could have called himself as they charged him for the fluids they were pumping through his veins. Oh yeah, and let's not forget that at the bottom of the bill, it said he would have only saved $39 if he had been on the wellness plan. $39 dollars saved when making a high monthly payment for the wellness plan. Also, they never warned him that they'd be charging him $145 dollars to make a phone call. Shame on you Banfield. You are downright evil.

      Please listen to the other negative reviews and avoid this company like the plague. I wish I would have. They do not care about you or your animals and will frequently provide awful service and try to get as much money from you as possible.

      I am very disappointed in the way I was spoken to and degraded by the receptionist at this location. In addition we had no communication from the doctor all day. My fur baby was kept in a cage all day and no update was given. We would call with no answer or call back.The coral spring location ********************************************* should be closed in my opinion. In all my years I have never been spoken to or insulted like the way I was today. I plan on filing a BBB complaint also immediately. Govern your self accordingly.

      The vet office and vet are worthless.I was treated like a second class problem when my cat died.Because of this, I am searching for a new vet. However, due to life and work, I have no had the time to do so. Because my dog was just seen in April by this worthless vet, my dog has been prescribed an anti-anixity medication.I have not pulled the records from this office or vet, and now they are denying my dog her medication. This is not legal, as I have seen this vet recently and again have no pulled the records to another vets office.The vet doesn't due her job.The manger is garbage at being a manager and none of the vet techs has a heart in anyway.I need my dogs medication to be filled as that what I say for monthly and after seeing the vet this year.I should have until April of 2025 to find a new vet to take over my animals care.I pray this office and company close down.The sad part is that this office used to be amazing and caring.Now we are all a means to an end.
