Cherry City Electric billed ** for services they did not perform, they billed me ****** for a boom and a service tech, that was performed by another company.Customer response

Good Morning,
I am reaching out in regards to formal complaint ID # ******** with the BBB back in February (2/15/2023) in regards to charges for a piece of equipment on a job that was cancelled. This was an unfortunate mistake on our part and the invoice has been corrected and there will be no charges to the customer.
********************** is committed to resolving any issues that arise with customers as they occur. We appreciate this being brought to our attention and will use it as an opportunity to improve for our customers.
