This business will not quit contacting my daughter on her cell phone. They have been doing so off and on for 2+ years now and it's interfering with her work. They are harassing her looking for someone named ***** or ******. When she tells them that it is the wrong phone number, they press her to admit that she is someone she is not, acting as if she is lying to them. These calls stopped for some time but now they are calling again. When I called to try and get this resolved I was hung up on by the woman that answered the phone. She kept cutting me off, not letting me speak and when I said "please just hear me out" she hung up on me. She was rude from the moment I called and said "Hi, I'm trying to find out why my daughter keeps getting these calls for your clients" and it went down hill from there. They have "made notes" in the past and now they are saying the same thing. They called her today and when she told them they were harassing her and to stop calling, that she was at work, they told her they would put a note in her account then called her less then 10 minutes later. Her phone is on my account and I tried to explain to them that this needs to quit and I need this resolved. The phone number they are calling is ************Business response

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience to you and your daughter. Apparently someone used her phone number as their own and there are reasons we are trying to contact this person. I am rejecting this response because: This has been happening off and on for years and when we tell them that we are not the person they are looking for the *** is extremely rude, defensive, and insists we know the person they are trying to reach. They are presenting like a scam-type collection agency and it's not acceptable at all. Apologizing for the wrong number is one thing but the behavior is a whole other story.The last time I spoke to anyone there was the day I filled this complaint. They called twice in one day, calling the second time not even an hour after the first one where they were told this was a wrong number.
Phone numbers should be verified at the time the contracts are set up and they should IMMEDIATELY take the word of the person answering if they tell you they have the wrong number. Not continue harassing very young women/teenage girls while they are at school/work.
I would be more inclined to accept this response if the last interaction wasn't the extremely rude receptionist/csr who answered the phone hanging up on me when I asked to speak to the owner. I was trying to avoid contacting the BBB but with no mention of the repeated behavior towards my young daughter that was so extreme in nature and the lack of accountability on that part, I cannot accept this response.

I am rejecting this response because: as I stated before, this was an ongoing issue for years with no resolution and they refuse to acknowledge their bully behavior and the fact that I was hung up on when trying to get this resolved. They apologized for having the wrong number for years but not for the way we were treated, called liars and harassed by the company because they don't verify phone numbers when setting up accounts.

************************************************************************ This place is a total SCAM! I had gotten a vehicle that I signed after all taxes and interests fees for around $9,200 and found the paperwork they sent me home with stated I owe over $13,000 for it. So they added $4,000+ to the price when I never signed agreeing to that price at all. And this vehicle has quite a list of problems attached to it that was never mentioned and I was lied to about the vehicles details. It also has 57 carfax reports attached to it that was lied about and after talking with the financial advisor I was told to take it to their shop to get a list of its problems to get fixed of no charge to me but they tried saying it has no prs. It's all family owed though so of course getting a biased answer on its issues and now can't reach the financial advisor and I came to learn NO vehicle inspection company will ever inspect a vehicle from triple c because they are such cons. I HIGHLY recommend NEVER going to this dealership! PLZ save yourself the trouble and money! Has old worn tires, bad strut, transmission fluid leak, oil leak, steering column is lose, speakers don't work, window don't work, weather stripping is screwed, oil is gunned up and chunky, lied about gas mileage and fuel type, lied about monthly payments and total end price, lied about everything! This place absolutely needs SHUT DOWN! It's missing parts and has no owner manual at all! And they took the new brakes off and changed them after the test drive so when I left I immediately knew the difference and when I mentioned it had problems to ***** he was so mad and defensive and it's because he was caught selling me a lemon! Super shady scamming dealership and hope and pray NO ONE ever goes here again!Business response

Our contracts are all very straight forward and we only use forms that comply with all State and Federal Laws. You do not owe $13.000. You are talking about the truth in lending boxes that require a disclosure adding your total of payments, plus down payment / trade if any it is designed as a complete disclosure. There will not be any refund given. You had some concerns not to long after the purchase we had you come in and we showed you everything including the vehicle on a lift to look underneath, we also in front of your eyes laser measured the tire tread depth, and brake thicknesses because you claimed the tires and brakes were worn out. apparently they werent because now you claim we switched the new brakes for used ones. WOW. You missed the appointment we cleared for you at our shop on 12-11-23, to have the vehicle looked at once again, we would be happy to look at it for you. No matter who you buy a vehicle from, mechanic shops will inspect a vehicle in the hope of a sale so that comment by you is also untrue. We did not lie about gas or gas mileage as you know, also these are things very easily looked up with a smart phone, that's how we do it. The vehicle had no major mechanical / safety issues. We are not shady, we have been in business for about fifteen years serving the community and supporting the local non profit community including drug rehab facilities. We have helped people through out the North West secure vehicle financing when no one else would help them for whatever the reason. We helped you to help yourself so you could drive from ********* **. to ********* **. to go to work. Please maintain the vehicle so you can continue to use it. This is how you get to and from work. You signed a straight forward, legal, and binding contract to do so. If you need to see us for maintenance please don't hesitate as we are here to help reasonable people. If you want we could look at possible trade in, but please be aware the money you have paid went mostly to TAX, TITLE, LICENSE. Let me know if I can help.Customer response

The mechanic told me about these issues it had and when prompted to go back to get a list of the issues documented so said issues could be repaired of no cost to me the mechanic then changed his statement and said there was nothing wrong with it without looking at it again and the 1st time he looked at it was just quickly glancing at it. He also mentioned you were all family and wasn't going to "screw" over his family! And have the paperwork showing an end price of over $13,000 for it and the paper I signed in the office said after all fees and interests included the end price would be just over $9,200 with a monthly payment of $300 but I have been charged over $400 a month! Furthermore, inspection companies refuse to ever inspect any of your vehicles EVER because you guys are always selling bad/lemon cars. Your reviews speak for themselves and are full of these same issues I'm having with you.

I promise that we did not lie to you. You are taking all kinds of statements and twisting them up. So we will kindly ask that you supply paperwork or evidence that shows the claim we changed the price and that you weren't aware, supply paperwork that shows your payment was $300 month and not ****** as the contract shows. We have your original signature on the Carfax so what did we lie about? Please supply information on any repair facility that refused to inspect our vehicles. Like I stated its easy to make false claims and you know yours are not true. You missed appointments to have the vehicle looked at by our shop. We have thousands of satisfied customers and a few that are unreal. I wish you the best.

I had bought a car from them for $6995 at the beginning of October, I was guaranteed a in-house financing for my entire loan, their slogan is by here pay here, I was approved for in-house financing, I get numerous phone calls that this dealership is applying for credit without my consent, and I get another phone call from them saying they sold my loan to a company called reliable credit I told them I did not want that this was never mentioned to me before until today when I get a phone call saying they have already sold my loan. I want this corrected, I have tried speaking with them and I have gotten nowhere. When I bought the car as I stated in the beginning I was told my entire in-house financing was going to only be paid through this dealership until the car is paid offBusiness response

We apologize for any confusion. We are a local family owned and ran business. We were only trying to make your credit better faster. It is part of what we do in our in-house financing service. The contracts you signed on the day of the purchase allow us to transfer your contract. It is apart of our signing process to make that very clear. We have helped many people that had to do in-house financing be able to do bank financing with our process. But again, no worries. Bought a used vehicle from this dealer. Vehicle broke down just 2 weeks after purchasing. It was driving from home to our kids school and back daily. Vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure while idling at a red light. Vehicle is under a 90 day warranty. After contacting the dealer and having it towed to their shop for repair, they accused us of abusing the vehicle/engine which caused the failure. This is not true as the computer in the vehicle simply would not allow it (ie. rev ********* Vehicle has been at their shop now for nearly 4 months. Promise after promise of repair date has come and gone. Was told new engine was installed, when in fact the new engine had t even been ordered yet. Last contact with the owner of the dealer was extremely displeasing. Owner yelled and cussed at me when I was simply asking for an update. F bomb was dropped many times including F you multiple times. Im sure his employees heard him as well. I will be in contact with a lawyer this week to file a lawsuit against him and his shop. This is a repair that should have taken 2 weeks or less, as quoted by 3 other local repair shops. This has caused us lost of money, time, and added unneeded stress to our lives. Looking through yelp reviews shows this is not uncommon practice from this place. Just want my vehicle fixed, correctly and in a timely matter. Will be pursuing legal recourse as stated above.Business response

The damage caused to the motor was not caused while idling at a stop sign, as you claim. It was caused by high heat high rev ***** while in your possession. We have physical evidence to prove this. The vehicle did come with a 90 day warranty but ***** you failed to disclose in your complaint that this is a shared warranty and that if the claim was approved you would be responsible for half of the cost of the repair. We know that the damage was caused while in your possession and will not be considered normal wear and tear. We always try to help and we have offered to replace the motor but when you were asked for a deposit for the repair to the damage caused while in your possession you responded that you would get an attorney and refused to pay. We have an arbitration agreement in place and the BBB offers arbitration services. If you are not satisfied with our response we can go to arbitration. We will move foreword with repossession proceedings re: your refusal to pay. We would look foreword to resolving this issue. We are a small family owned business with thousands and thousands of satisfied customers.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:Information supplied by company is false. I was never asked for a deposit for repairs. I have not seen any so called Evidence of abuse of the engine. Remind me, at what RPM does the rev ******* kick in? If any damage due to a high rev like you claim was done, it was done in your possession. Your shop manager **** told me himself that they started it and had to rev it up to drive it into the shop. Pull the codes from the computer and lets see the engine conditions when the codes were set as well as the date and time. **************** law states that any repair on a vehicle must have a signed estimate for cost of repair. I never signed such estimate. We went from a repair to a full engine replacement with no tot ice given to me. When Id call for updates I was treated extremely rudely by you and your staff. Go ahead and repossess the vehicle. We dont want your trash anymore. Arbitration agreement or not, my lawyer says I have a Valid claim and I will be moving forward with the legal process. Furthermore, I have contacted everyone who has had a bad experience with your company and have offered to include them in the suit against you. The ** DOL has been notified and with any luck youll have your dealer license pulled. Have a Great Day ***********************.

Took our car in over a month ago. I called the 1st week everyday to do a checkup. After the 1st week the owner of the car place and auto shop told me to stop calling or they would push our car out of the garage and we could take it elsewhere. Three weeks later only heard from them once about the car key. Never gave us an estimate on what it would cost but proceeded to fix the car. Through my mom and what they told her to tell me they kept finding stuff that was wrong with the car. Now I'm told they need to take it somewhere else to have the pcm fixed. I called today. 1st time in 3 weeks. I calmy told **** from brakes plus in ********* ** that we should've gotten a quote at least one. He proceeded to curse me out and hung up on me. There are several reviews where it says **** has very short temper and they don't know what they're doing and **** cusses people out and not professional. I have received no paperwork or anything about the car. It only worked 4 days after I bought the car. The owner of the car dealerships sister told someone who works with my wife to not buy this car.Business response

We sold you a nice-running/driving 09 ***** Malibu for $2300.We tried to help you after you fried the electric components in the car by reversing the jump start over and over.We are sorry we had to wait for the parts to correct the issue with your vehicle.You called us at least 5 times everyday, until you were told to stop.It is unfortunate that you feel you can speak to our receptionists the way you did, and that youcannot be honest. Failure to not include all the facts is misleading. YOU ARE BEING DISHONEST.Oh and by the way, what did we charge you to remedy this issue? Nothing/zero dollars.Thanks anyway.
