Today September 19, 2024, I called to get help regarding a debt that I was not aware of. I asked for and itemized report or bill and ***** stated that she sent it to my wife back in 2023. My wife has not received anything from Evergreen. I told ***** that I had talked to my ** because I knew this debt was from *************** Water's Edge and there billing department was having issues in billing correctly. ** informed me that they had gotten a new program and new personnel to work on it. I asked ***** if she could please send me an itemized bill and with her rude tone told me NO that she had already sent it to my wife in 2023 with whom I no longer live with but I still receive mail at her address. ***** offered no help in resolving this debt. She said she needed to ask a supervisor if she could resend the information and in the end she again told me no she wouldn't mail it out again. I told ***** to do what she had to do and I will do what I need to do and call the Better Business Bureau.Review from Pamela H

They are very nice, in my opinion, during very troubled times. Their compassion is appreciated. More than that, in very simple terms, they can do the math regarding what one can or cannot afford to pay. Though a bill is a bill and what they are told is owed is what they are told is owed, they are receptive to receiving information regarding the bill that they have contracted to collect. Thank you Evergreen Financial Services, Inc. If I were a collection agency, you are whom I would keep company with in order to maintain a positive financial attitude in the industry as an industry leader. Thank you.Review from Jamie A

Worst 3rd party billing system. They are a monopoly. Their sister branch bills for the local hospital in *********. They do not send bills so it gets sent to collection. Then they make money off of the collections. No wonder our hospitals are struggling financially. I would have loved to pay my bill but if we don't receive one then what? Nothing in the My chart or in the mail. Crooks!!!Review from Julie T

Evergreen Collections is not your normal collection agency. Every agent that I have talked to is very sweet and willing to work with me to reduce my debt that is in collections. My calls to them have been short and pleasant. They have never yelled at me. I've talked to ***** who is a supervisor and also another agent named *******. Again, they were super sweet and understood what I was going through. I didn't leave the calls wanting to scream. But felt confident that I would eventually get my debt reduced and back on tract to a good credit history. I understand that this position is very stressful, so I want them to know that I appreciate their kindness. Thank you, *****
