On 9-2-2020 we paid ************************************************* **** $56,600 for new *********************************************** The new front Bow window is/has been leaking water & has ruined the sill. Called Jensen last fall & he said it was a humidity issue so we kept a fan blowing on it & purchased a dehumidifier. It rained hard on Weds May 1 & Thurs May 2. Fri, May 3, i noticed the sill was wet & called & left a msg on Jensens phone. My husband has called & left msgs on Tues 5/7, & Weds 5/8. Also left msg w *****, the guy who works for Jensens. On Tues May 7 my husband filed a window warranty claim w Ply Gem Windows as they have a lifetime warranty.It is Thurs May 9 & have not received a call back from Jensens. The bow window, sill, & possibly drywall under window(nails are now not flush w wall but protruding) need repair/replacing. I am concerned about the possibility of mold also the longer this is left unaddressed.Customer response

Yes, the windows & siding are under warranty. PLYGEM Windows is sending us a replacement window in 4 - 6 weeks.
