So on June 20th I called inflatable express Party Rentals LLC in ******** ********* to book a bouncy house for July 2nd 2022 upon booking it I paid in full the $311.23 on June 20th the same day. 4 days later I received a call stating that they couldn't produce my bouncy house due to some type of insurance issue of where I live which I live in a townhouse have my own parking spot an my own backyard and I went through the same company last year the same time this year and they provided the bouncy house last year so upon that she said she will refund my money that was on the 24th of June have not heard anything else except I'm going to check on it and call you back so now I'm being ignored they won't answer my calls they won't return my emails I just want my money backCustomer response
