I bought a 2018 Dodge Ram from this dealership. Driving home it over heated after 15 miles on the freeway. I called them and they came and took ir back to repair the radiator. After a week I called to see if the repair was done and was told they were replacing the head gaskets as a precaution. I later found out the heads had to be milled because they were warped. I called and told them I no longer wanted the truck because I didn't know if antifreeze leaked into the piston or lower into the bearings. The owner would not refund my money and I was told to pick another vehicle. I told them the inspection of the vehicle should have revealed a radiator leak. Their inspection report said all was well. I ended up going to their Appleton Store and picked up a 2008 F150 and they refunded me the difference in price. I thought all was well because the inspection report said there was only a problem with the dash light and the Salesman told me that was because the seat belt light was always on, It turned out most of the dash lighting was burned out and I could hardly see any of the gauges, So I replaced all the bulbs but the dash illumination is still poor. After driving the truck less than 250 miles the muffler pipe broke in half and the back brakes started rubbing. I then took it to a reputable mechanic and was told all the brakes were bad and need new pads, calipers, rotors and 2 brake lines To fix this, it will cost me over $1400.00 to drive a safe truck. It is evident to me that their vehicle inspections are a sham and I would never recommend buying from this dealership. As far as I am concerned this is the worst buying experience of my life.Ultimate Rides, Inc Response

Sorry you feel this way. *** 2018 *** was a really nice truck. We have over 200 vehicles here and we dont drive each one over 15 miles for a safety Unfortunaly, that would be unrealistic. *** fact that it had a tiny radiator leak (this was not missed in the safety it wasnt leaking at that time) so after been driven 15 miles it was found. We came and picked up the truck immediately and fixed it. *** heads were not warped, we were trying to be nice and do a repair for you so you wouldn't have to in the future. *** ram runs great and you should have stuck with that truck. You then decided to purchase a **** from the *** location that is far far older in age. This truck was safe and passed safety before you drove it 250 miles. *** truck is old, things are going to need be repaired, and like I said we don't drive them 250 miles for a safety and we also dont build them the manufacturer does. We also don't believe the truck needs that much work, maybe you are being sold repairs it doesn't need by another shop (that's the only way they make money is to sell stuff customers don't need, we see this all the time), if the truck needs calipers, it wouldn't be drivable whatsoever, so again, it probable doesn't need all that work and for $1400 sounds like your being well overcharged as well. We are sorry that you chose to go with the older truck vs the very newer truck that was fully repaired.Review from Michael m

Approximately one year ago I purchased a 2012 Kia **** from their ************** location. At that time the radio didn't work and the car hadn't been detailed. We had agreed that both would be taken care of(in writting), before I picked the car up. When I pick the car up, the radio was reconnected. Since then the battery had gone dead within a week. This happens twice, each time a return trip to the dealer. The last time I was told they replaced the battery with a new interstate battery. After having my own mechanic look at the car I found out the battery was replaced with an off brand battery, the radio had a short and was causing the battery to die. In total I have spent over $800 dollars to get the car in to the condition we had agreed on, including having the car detailed. I have written emails to them for 2 weeks with no reply.Ultimate Rides, Inc Response

You should have asked to speak with a manager if the employees at this location were not addressing your concerns, but if this was a year ago there's absolutely nothing that can be done. A year ago you should have spoke to a manager.Review from Avery S

Dont recommend this place as they knowingly sell lemons, if your looking for a decent used vehicle stay clear of this place or youll end up paying 15k+ for junk.Ultimate Rides, Inc Response

We don't have any "lemons" on the lot at this time. You have to understand what buying a used vehicles means, its not new and we aren't the manufacturer that built the car. All used cars will need repairs at some point and that is not something we can determine.Review from Chad P

Ultimate rides at any location are so rude and ignorant they lied to me about several things on top of selling me a vehicle I had to put 24,000 in in 2 years and I've only gotten less than 20,000 miles on it and I paid $20,000 for this vehicle and a $3,000 extended warranty and a drivetrain warranty as well it took me 3 months just to get a used battery when mine went out when I was supposed to get a new battery and they charged me for it anyway I had to replace the whole differential case and actual assembly from my own pocket along with several several other parts they sold me a lemon knowing itUltimate Rides, Inc Response

If you purchased 2 extended warranties and one was a drivetrain warranty, why did you pay for repairs that would have been covered under the warranty? Its a little hard to help out with something that your warranty would have paid for.Review from Jeff M

Are they turning back odometers?? was the vehicle we bought turned back?? Don't think you can trust them at all!!Ultimate Rides, Inc Response

We bought a vehicle from these people they never even noticed the back wiper was missing. We asked them to replace back wiper and front wiper only did back wiper told them 3x to replace front wipers but said they did but they didn't. Have currently had other issue with the vehicle and know that they obviously never inspected the vehicle if you they didn't even notice a wiper blade missing. ?? WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYBODY AND WE ARE REMOVING THE STICKER WE ARE NOT ADVERTISING YOUR CRAPPY DEALERSHIP JUST SO YOU CAN RIP OFF SOMEBODY ELSE AND LURE THEM INTO YOUR TRAP!!!!!!!Ultimate Rides, Inc Response

All vehicles are inspected. They are not perfect used vehicles or new. The wipers were replaced, maybe you just weren't happy with the quality of new wipers that went on the vehicle.Review from Kailie K

Everyone was friendly the day I made my purchase, really sold me on how they would take care of me if I were to have any problems. The car's belt started squealing before they even handed me the keys. The check engine light came on just on my way home; it even broke down three times, leaving me stranded in the city. I had my mechanic look at the car before calling Ultimate Rides; I relayed to them all of my problems I had as well as all the codes triggering the check engine light on my car. They assured me they would make everything right, but when I brought my car in they did the bare minimum to help me. They replaced a $20 part that was causing my car to break down and cleared the codes so it looked like it had no problems. My belt was still squealing as I drove away, and my check engine light came back on the next day. I wish I had complained again sooner than coming in four months after the first time I brought my car in, but after my first time bringing it in for maintenance, I didnt trust them to fix my car. All they could tell me was that I should have purchased a warranty when they PROMISED to take care of me regardless. The day I bought my car I witnessed the owner LITERALLY screaming at a guy.and that customer HAD purchased a warranty. I also just found out they sold me a car that had a recall on it...without informing me beforehand. Is that even LEGAL?? After getting yelled at by the manager about how they "can't afford to keep an open checkbook to support their customers," I inquired about trading my car in instead, and they offered me LESS than what I put down for a DOWN PAYMENT. Now I am stuck paying for an unreliable car while this sketchy dealership reaps their profit on an unknowing first-time car buyer. The ethics of this place is horrendous. I cannot say enough as to how horribly they have treated me. They sold me an unreliable and dangerous vehicle, and REFUSED to make things right when I went to them for help. STAY AWAY FROM ULTIMATE RIDES!!Ultimate Rides, Inc Response

Customers need to understand they own the vehicle once purchased, we dont do free lifetime repairs. The check enigne light issue was resolved and when the light came back on it was for a different code and at some point customers need to pay for there own repairs. When buying a used vehicle anything could go wrong at anytime, we dont build them we buy and repair them. If you had purchased a warranty there would have been no charge either as long as the item was covered. Recalls are not our responsibility to have done being a used dealer.
