In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, this creditor has violated my rights under 15 USC **** section 602 states I have the right to privacy (15 USC **** section 604a section 2) it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish on an account without my written instructions under 15 USCS ****b a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.Business response

I had a held transaction that the bank treated as a transaction. It eas a basic gas station hold, that was never going to be withdrawn. The bank began charging me over draft charges. Two charges are shown when my ledger clearly show my account in the positive. A third fee was also taken, each with an overdraft charge or $32. The bank, in total, charged me $96. For a hold, money that was not actually spent. I was told that after the hold is released that my overdrafts will not be refunded. I don't think I should pay the price for a hold that a I did not agree to, nor did I even spend this money from my account.Business response
