I signed up for the Mind Body Rewire Program with *************************** September 24, 2021. The cost, $3000. to be paid in installments over 6 months via credit card.During this time I had a couple of procedures at *********** which interferred in my active participation so we put my activity on hold until I felt I could rejoin.In March, *************************** wrote the attached emails which basically put me out of the program: she cancelled my last one on one (the program did not end there), locked me out of the weekly Zoom meetings and locked me out of the student portal where my documents/recordings/meditations etc. were held. All items that were necessary and used to promote/assist with the healing process. These Items were supposed to be mine for life. She stated I was not fair to others in the group and the coaches "How is it fair to those doing the work for you to only come to the calls while not doing the work? How is it fair to the coaches to dedicate time to answering questions when effort isn't being made?" No where does it say that there is a risk of you being put out of the course if you did not work up to the expectations of *****. It does say how important these one on one sessions were to achieve 100% healing and I was locked out. The program also used a bait and switch tactic. Upon purchase you are working with *************************** but midway through the group meetings were led by a coach who was not proficient and had just finished the program and in training. I was then assigned this same person as a coach and that is not what I signed up for, to be coached by someone who was barely there herself. Had I known that I would have never signed on to work with someone in training.I have attached emails supporting my statements.Therefore, I ask that a refund be given because I did not receive what I had paid for.Customer response

I will forward you the numerous emails I have received from ****************************I was stunned at the vitriol she put in writing. This was not what I was expecting from someone who is in the healing business.Please note that she just reactivated my access to the portal. Prior to her receipt of the complaint I would get a message that said my access was restricted.She is correct that I received the book etc.What I did not receive was counseling, guidance etc. from ***************************. She handed me off to someone who had only finished the program a few months before I started. Other programs train coaches for years before they have clients.I am a consumer and I joined this program expecting expert guidance and I did not get what I thought I was purchasing.
