The technicians who did the work were very good. However, the negotiations about the work and cost were one sided.I have a speech disability making negotiations impossible. Because of this disability I was at a disadvantage during the negotiations. I feel that I paid at least 100% to much. BillReview from Tim F

Terrible business practices. They con you into needing work that is not necessary. I tried to get a copy of what was on their tablet when they were here- I should have taken a picture. They seemed to have a script regarding "voltage drop". The first guy that came out made me aware of the voltage drop. Then the manager came out to my house- said it was very dangerous, then got the head guy on the phone, the speaker and the head guy talked about how serious it was. They conned me stating I needed the repair. Note: after they left I did some checking on reviews and found the exact same comments about the voltage drop, getting the manager involved and the head guy- it appeared to be a script- I saw the same comments in at least 4 reviews. The prices were outrageous. for $17,170 they would replace all of the outlets and switches in the home, hook&looping devices, adding dimmer and GFCI protection, adding 2 ceiling fans, install fan-rated boxes and 3 outlets in the basement. The job I had them do was over $4,000. I called a few other electricians and they stated that I was charged more than double what it should have cost and questioned the voltage drop and whether it was necessary to do. RUN, DON'T WALK FROM THIS COMPANY AND FIND A REPUTABLE COMPANY. They were showing 4 stars- which I think they paid for but when I went into more depth looking at the reviews, which I should have done before I had them out I would have never used them, STAY AWAY FROM OVER THE MOON AIR AND ELECTRIC!!!!!!!!!Review from Bishop K

We hired them for 2 smaller jobs. When they arrived, they did neither, saying they were not prepared for those jobs. However, they checked our electric, and declared that our house was dangerous and that we shouldn;t live there, unprotected. They gave a bid, and said it would take 2 people 7 or 8 hours to repair. The next day, 1 guy showed up and finished in under 3 hours. They then said that the bill was to remain the same, and they would not leave until I paid it! Far different than their ad, that stated you didn;t pay until you were satisfied. I complained, and I have heard absolutely nothing!'Biggest rip off that I've had in more than 40 years! NEVER AGAIN!!!Review from INDIA M

They were awful. Stayed home for four hours to wait for the electrician. He finally came and spent an hour and 15 minutes talking and walking around. When I asked for the estimate, he put it all into the iPad but sad that the office would not let him make the estimate that it had to come from someone else. He said we could get somebody out here next week. I said why in the **** cant you give me one. He said its our policy to start with a tech.. I called the office back to ask what the **** was going on and the receptionist said she would talk to the manager and he would call me back. That never happened. An incredibly unreasonable, and Irresponsible, shady business.Review from Deb G

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! I had a horrible experience with these guys and have posted a review detailing everything on ******* yelp and ********* They should be shut down for shady business practices. All they want is to talk you into spending more money than you wanted to for services they convince you that you need. Then they conveniently connect you automatically by transferring you to a lending contract called Goodleap that will help you with financing. They even attempted to convince me to take out a home equity loan which of course they would be happy to finance. This boils not have been a more problematic and stressful experience. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!Review from Louis Y

Very shady operation. Ridiculously high prices, find things to fix that didn't need to be fixed and currently trying to upsell for things I didn't ask for. Avoid!Review from Holly R

Wanted 2 outlets in. 1st guy had to call the 2nd guy, price went up. Sat in the truck for about 20 minutes. I felt it was a sales strategy discussion to upsell. Estimate went from $1450 to $13,000 3 hours later. When I wouldn't sign, guy told me just don't use the electricity upstairs. Scare tactics because he didn't get a signature. Even had the supervisor on speaker on his phone. I felt I was getting double timed. As 1st guy left I told him that and he said" that's why I am leaving"Review from Justin H

READ THIS - DONT GET TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.Despicable business practice. Get their quote and get some others. You will never call them back. Dont sign up for their membership. They use it to get you to let them in to give them overpriced quotes. Read below.Had work done a few years ago. Definitely felt a little over priced but was convenient. 3 years later they come back and tell me I need a new arc fault breaker to fix the flickering in a couple of my bedrooms. They literally did a brand new one three years ago that cost over 5k, among other things. Hitting me up for $1200 this time around to update 2 breakers and replace some outlets. Feel completely taken advantage of. Do your research before signing anything. They do put some pressure on you when they present you with a few menu options. Try to build a little trust and rapport telling you you don't need the third most expensive option and bring you down lower on the first and second.Edit since you guys left a pitiful response... Remember you cancelled on me last. I paid in full 2 days before. Buyers beware....they cancel after you move around your family schedule to get their 5 hour window to work. Have some decency. Is it a best practice that you guys disclose online how much customers pay for their work? You can't even give me an itemized repair list with cost for each part. When I asked about this you told me it would be "double" the price. 100% complete lie to my face, and the manager was on the other line when the tech said it.Obviously you are trying to make me feel guilty for wanting to shop around. You coming out for a courtesy inspection isn't my problem. That sounds like you wasting your time. At this point, you could save some face saying you dropped the ball.EDIT#2 update - the real work needed cost $400 all in. They stared at $1600. This business practice is despicable. Shop around before. They prey on you being lazy. ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL. Make people feel guilty to protect their family.
