Purchased on line an automatic cat litter box on Nov. 15, 2022. I was given a delivery date of Dec. 2, 2022. I have not received it yet. Numerous emails inquiring about delivery with continually being told they will send one out to replace lost ones in the mail. I finally asked for a refund on Jan. 16, 2023 and have no response since. On November 13th I placed order 262J4-I383LU2 for an automatic kitty litter box. On December 3rd I contacted them as I hadn't received any shipping information. When I checked the order status today, December 16th, I saw that it shows as delivered to a postal box (larger box near my mail box) on November 16th. As the shipping box for this is way larger than the postal box I contacted ***** I was informed that the tracking number I had was for a 2.5 lb flat rate box and had a different address. I have contacted my bank and they have started a fraud investigation. I attempted to call the company but it was an Indian scam center where they didn't ask for the order number, only my credit card information. I have emailed the company requesting a refund.Initial Complaint

Sent another email to them I just received a notice for delivery of order 261A3-T54C4UZ that it was delivered. I have NOT received the order. The last email I received from you after my last inquiry was that it's now being shipped and due to system failure a tracking number could not be supplied at that time. Now I receive a notice that it was delivered 11/18. What is going on? Sent by me: Dec 6 at 9:18 AM I know it was not delivered. I have checked with the the post office where it was to be routed to & that routing # did not match my address Your last email said that it was going to be shipped and a tracking # couldn't be provided because of system failure. This is a scam. I would appreciate having my money returned to me . And the report that came from the help section @ BBB was that there were numerous complaints from other consumers for the same thing.
