When we paid in advance for our print advertisements we were not given any terms or conditions with our ad purchase. This is not a problem but what is a problem is that we are no longer satisfied with the results of the multiple ads we purchased and would like a prorated refund and we were denied this without any conversation from the company. We had to request this twice before the local rep would even get back to us. I find it interesting that when we ad questions and concerns prior to purchasing the ads that we were getting calls back within the hour but when there was an issue after the purchase this company took its time getting back to us only because we had to bother them with email requests.Customer response

Thank you for handling our complaint. I am not sure if its possible to change something but we initially were not all that concerned by not receiving a terms and conditions from this company but now that we have had time to digest it all we would like to change are stance on that one specific item to taking issue with that fact as any reputable company should offer a terms and conditions upon purchasing their services.
