this company exploited our children with false promises. the told our children that for each item they solicit they will get specific prizes per tier. my child used this as a goal. she did as she was supposed to and as a reward this company gave her prizes that were not accurate and they are not the quality either. further more after I contacted them they acknowledged they knew they did this and offered no resolution. they couldn't even tell me who won the Xbox or ps5 gaming console for advertising their company. do to the prize issue I'm assuming they did not hand it out. attached is a pic of the prize catalog, a pic of the the items they sent her, a pic of each item.Business response

This is in response to the letter dated December 11, *************************** ********.We received a message from the customer on December 9, 2021. We replied via chat and explained that the prizes didn't match up with what the child had originally chose because we had supplier issues like many businesses this year due to covid. The prize was a magic kit. We substituted other magic trick prizes we had access too and felt it was a reasonable substitution. They would be from a similar vendor so the quality would be on par with the original magic trick prize.Customer Service also had a live telephone conversation with the customer on December 10, 2021 and reiterated what had happened.Regarding not knowing who won the x-box prize package, customer service would not have that information.
