I had Window World install 8 white double hung windows in our house in August of 2022. I was very happy with install. In December of 2022 we had a cold snap temps, drop to 0 and below, all the windows that were installed froze up at locking latches and all across the middle of the window as well as across the the bottom of the window. I took pictures. I called Window World of Eau Claire and they sent out a rep. from there office. He said that was normal but I refuse to believe that. It is clear major heat loss. Not able to send photos but will try to E-mail
