On May 22, 2024 I called in damage done from a tornado, I was told I would get this replaced., Once I ordered the new sign I was given a check for 1/2, and told once it was completed I would receive the 2nd half. They are not returning any of my e-mails or sending the 2nd half of which is in the amount of Two thousand seven hundred two dollars and ninety-one cents.Business response

Dear **************** (Better Business Bureau Representative),
Society Insurance is in receipt of ********************* complaint on behalf of Porks Place of Kaukauna LLC. ************ advised your office that she had only received a partial (1/2) payment for her damaged sign. At that time, we had only paid the *** (actual cash value) of her sign and once the sign was replaced, the Claims Representative advised the withheld depreciation would be released. That has now happened and the sign damages have been paid in full. The misunderstanding stemmed from some miscommunication and clarification on where this sign was located on the premises. The Customer advised our Claims Representative that your office was made aware of the resolution. That does not appear to be the case. This reply should help clarify that the Customer (Voet and Porks Place) have been fully indemnified for the damaged sign. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
