  7-14-24 at ***** hours I filled up my 2009 ******* town Car at the ********************************************************** for the amount of $44.23. I then cleaned the windshield and front of side view mirror's. When I finished with the brush I noticed the head was fastened to the handle with 4 1/4 inch bolts. Very odd. Upon leaving I noticed several scratches on the windshield and at home scratches on the mirror's. I called ********************************************************** but no answer.Morning of 7-15-24 I returned to BP and caught the owner, ******************************* at the front door. I showed him the brush and explained what happened. He become very defensive, stated that didn't happen here, took the brush and walked away from me. I then caught him at the back door and asked if he had liability insurance. He said no. I said you mean you have a business and no insurance. He then said I have insurance but your not getting the name. He then said;, get the f*** out of here and walked into the restaurant. I then left.
