I entered into a **** contract with Skedaddle to remove the squirrels and other critters in my apartment building. I became very frustrated when the equipment used to get rid of the squirrels did not work. I have been in contact with the company on several occasions with no success or removal of the squirrels. I continue to have problems with the squirrels and will now have other animals getting in the house. This is now an extreme safety issue as my tenants have small children. I hire experts to assist with issues and have no luck with companies that follow through with fixing the problems.Business response

Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out through the BBB for your concerns. We're very sorry you're still experiencing squirrel issues! I reviewed your account and our last record of contact from the phone number on file was September 8th of 2022. We were at your property for a follow up inspection on that same day after you called and made a modification to the squirrel removal system in place. When we returned on 11/21/2022 for a routine quality control visit, we found no evidence of squirrels getting in at that time, but many areas of our screen had been removed by a third party and left in an unsightly manner. We tried to make contact via phone, and were only able to leave a message requesting updates if animal activity were to return. If we missed a call from you between 9/8/2022 and now, I'm very sorry and would love for the opportunity to get back on site to see firsthand the concerns you have about the squirrels inside or the other species of wildlife getting in the house. We guarantee our exclusion methods for life and if anything has gotten in through an area that we screened, it will absolutely be taken care of at no charge.
