As a small business owner, my company requires that I utilize the service of Everbrite for any business sign/displays. When I contacted Everbrite, I completed their survey and notified that I am an incorporated business. My sign was eventually installed; however, there were issues: 1) It was manufactured/installed incorrectly (see photos)2)Now I am being told that because ***************** (which they already knew) my sign is incorrect and doesn't comply with my company's guidelines. Everbrite corrected the manufactured defect; however, their "fix" is very unprofessional/shoddy. Now I have a sign which has gaps on the top post caps and have water seeping into the post. In addition, I was advised that my sign (which was recommended by them) does not meet my company's guideline. I would like to have Everbrite correct the installation of my sign that there is not water intrusion into the posts of the sign. In addition, I want Everbrite to have my sign be compliant to my company's guideline without any additional costs to me. They were clearly aware that I was incorporated so I have no idea why they would have me sign off on a sign that is not compliant. They are the experts in this field, and I relied on their expertise. I am attaching their quote/package which clearly shows that they were aware that I am an incorporated business. In addition, I am attaching photos to show the gaps on the top cap of my sign. To Whom it May ************** has come to our attention that you have received a complaint from *********************** regarding product and or service(s)provided by Everbrite, LLC. He stated that Everbrite corrected the initial manufacturing defect, but claims that the solution was unprofessional/shoddy.
Our team has continued to work with ****************** toward a resolution of this matter. On Thursday, April 11, 2024, we communicated with him via multiple emails and spoke with him via Zoom. We are providing him with a plaque at no cost to ensure he is compliant with the incorporated standards with State Farm, and we are replacing the caps on ******** so that the sign is in new condition after it was modified by our installer. He was pleased with this resolution.

In late November 2022 I contracted with Everbrite to to complete work on an exterior sign. They requested a deposit for half the total amount (approximately ****) in March 2023./ That was provided March 23 2023. As of today (October 5th) I have received no contact regarding the scheduling of this sign, when this sign will be completed, nor how my deposit will be return as they have not completed the task within their required timeframes.Customer response
