    I am appalled at the way Gerber has treated us. It’s been a very demoralizing experience. Vince needs to be fired or relieved of his position as general manager. We should have recorded him, the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with in the repair industry. He accused us of damaging our car purposely to get it repaired u der their guaranty. They do not stand behind their guaranty and threaten to send you to collections if you are unhappy with their work. We paid our bill in hopes that they would fix our car properly. Instead they told us to take it somewhere else and gave us back our deductible. We won’t be able to get it fixed for $500. The quality of work is sub par. I picked up my car on January 30. They had it since early December of 2022. I am very unhappy. My hood still has scratches, doesn’t even line up and is very difficult to open. It rattles when you drive on the freeway. My car smelled like burning rubber. My tires were all very low. That was really disappointing considering how cold it was outside. During the time they had my car we had to call for updates most of the time. Their communication and text update system is an absolute joke. They would say it will be done in a few days, that turned into 7 weeks. After waiting several months for the parts, they discovered more damage and we had to keep waiting and waiting. The funniest part? I got a text telling me to pick up my car AFTER I already picked it up. I do not recommend this place and I’ll be telling my insurance company that as well.
