Took our family dog to a new vet. 1st time was a poor experience but I was there for the dog. 2nd time several people entered the tinny room all staring at our dog and I could see he was getting nervous. The vet wanted to replace the muzzle I had on him with one that was to small. He was agitated I was agitated and when I disagreed again with the vet I was told I could go elsewhere. Following the appointment my dog didn't receive the care I paid for and needed for our family pet. I stated I wouldn't be returning and when medical records were requested the vet made comments i had a mean aggressive dog. Now no vet will see my puppy. I have a family 7 and 14 one on the way soon, my wife. He is a loving and very excitable young *********************. Now the vets I seek care for for my animal will not see him due to the comments made.Business response
