i contacted Wally's ***** LLC on march 8th about putting up sturdy wash lines in my backyard. I advised him that the owners that i rent from wanted it to look professional and that is why I was hiring someone to do it. we discussed a heavy duty pole for the lines and the number of lines. He gave me a bid of $350. $150 for materials and $200 for labor. on March 8th ***** requested $`150 for materials. ***** stated that the job was completed on April 10th, where upon I gave him the final $200. he asked me if I wanted a final billing. I stated No, and that we should wait for the cement to settle.April 11th when I went outside to admire my wash lines I noticed that the cement was not smooth and it was cracking also the pipes were not solid in the ground {which was a important part of the job from the beginning). I called ***** and he said he would come back out. that he probably shouldn't have pushed the dirt back on to the wet cement. ***** re dug the holes and moved the poles for the wash lines a bit further out and re poured the cement. on April 12th ***** texted me that the lines were up. When i got home from work on the 12th and checked the poles, i immediately called ***** and told him the the poles were stuck in the cement but that the cement in the ground was lose and wobbling around. he said the ground was probably wet and he would check back in 3 days. Sunday April 17th, I sent ***** a text message stating that he was going to have to redo the cement. I told him that I thought the cement would be flat and smooth and strong and solid. Like the neighbors that we used as a reference. ***** never responded. I sent him another text his is the cement after 3 days telling him that the cement was cracking and falling apart again ***** never responded. I called ***** 3 days later and he ignored my call. I advised ***** that I wanted the cement fixed and that I would be contacting the BBB if he didn't make it right. ***** never provided a receipt for anything.Initial Complaint

***** moved us from an apartment to our house. The apartments we lived in where brand new and less then a year old. When me and my husband stepped out for 30mins ***** had caused damage to the apartment door, when asked about it he blew it off like not a big deal. Our apartment later charged us for the damage. I reached out to ***** and asked he pay the damage he caused he said he would and then repeatedly said he would in a few weeks never ended up paying us for this damage. His professionalism is horrible and I would still like to be refunded for the cost of the damage. Which was $150.00
